Sir,
i have filed the petition on behalf of husband against her wife to seek divorce under sectin 10 (x) of indian divorce act.
my ground against wife is
a) she has leave her matrimonail house without any reason.
b) She is having probelm of Menstrual Period and she has kept it secret from husband and after marriage the wife is not having Mestrual period.
c) she always refuse to have sex with her husband.
can i filed the medical examination of wife for not having mentstrul period and their is any latest citation on above ground of divorce for husband.

Its been a year and half since i applied for child maintenance from my husband. Husband's salary details submitted in court 4 months back. From last 4 dates my advocate kept saying judge is on leave or other reason and no progress in these 4 months. kindly help me with my query. How much time it takes for child maintenance?

Hi,
I would like to know if there are any prerequisites of filling divorce under 13(1) (i-a)? In other words before someone files petition for divorce under section 13 (1) (i-a) of HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955 are there preconditions which need to be met?

My marriage registreed last 8 yrs ago.at present my husband is very hunting me he is daily drunk and hit me.my husband is can not divorce me BT I want to be divorce.so I deside 2nd marriage without divorce that possible ? Plz help me and at prasent advice me.

I have girl child but my wife is not with me she is in her mother's house. I have file a case for reunion in the family court but she is not willing to live with me. my baby is 7 yrs old till now i was not allowed to take her to my home not even once. Do i have the right to take my baby atleast once in a week because her grandparents (my Parents)are very eager to see her. your advice please

I'm priyanka. My husband applied for child custody. Today my advocate went to give affidavit,and he is saying judge did not accept affidavit as the respondent(Me) was not present. I appeared on first date with my advocate,today is second date. Please let me know if respondents presence is necessary to give affidavit?

I married my boyfriend in 14 dec 2015 in a Delhi Arya Samaj Mandir. We did not register it in court and stayed together, The marriage was however consumated.
Problem started after March 2015 due to boy's non-understanding nature and his parents behaviour. His parents wanted to marry his somewhere else.and after march 2016 na wo mere s milte hai ab or na thik se bat karte hai,kuch batate bhi nahi hai, he wants i gave him time for 3-4 months for settle down his business after that he will come to me and stay with me,now tell me how can i trust him and what should i do

My male client and her wife filed 13b divorse case under mutual concent with some conditions i,e she withdraw all the cases i e 498a, dav etc by paying her rs 1.5lacs as life time maintainance now after 6months she lapsed and witness date comes for divorse she can not withdraw a single case now from filing date, the condition are laid down on a stomp of rs 1000/ agrement and put up under a owth commissinor and identified by her advocate.
now what can i do for my male client

Hi! I'm currently battling a divorce case with my husband over the last 3 years. He is refusing to pay alimony & child support. We were married 10 years and have 3 girl children (4yrs/7yrs/10 yrs).We have been separated for 3 years due to his infidelity. There were two cases filed in 2013, one for judicial separation (mine) and one for Divorce (my husband). The cases were originally filed in Chelgelput but in 2014, I requested for a transfer to Chennai HC. After a about a year, my husband's case was transferred to Chennai and mine was left unattended by my lawyer at that time. Recently he had agreed to make an out of court settlement but agreed to pay only Rs.5000/- per month, per child. This was not agreeable by me and he is refusing to give any further amount. He works in the Merchant Navy as Chief Officer and draws a salary of approx. 6-7lakhs per month. After attending about 6 hearings at Chennai, now his lawyer claims that i was made exparte in Chengleput. What does this mean? Can he dissolve the case without my knowledge or payment of alimony/child support? I am very worried. Please advise urgently. Thank you.

I am the son of second wife can I get the job of my deceased father as all the legal heirs along with first wife and his son has no objection to it.in this case can I get job with out getting a court order.do the court accept our request to give job for second wife son?
