I am living seperatly from my wife since 2014 she filed RCR & CRPC 125 Maint in 2015 and then now in 2016 498A,323,506,Section34 Drowy prob act.
1) Does 498A case stands after RCR ?
2) Does the maint amount varies if i say know to RCR (we yet to file Objections on RCR)
3)Shall i object RCR stating she has filed 498A on me or what is the best way to proceed

Sir,
I am sorry for wrong Typing that she lived together till 17 Aug 2016, it should be 17 Aug 2015.
If both parties agreed to live together then can i produce any document/evidence, so that they can not blame me in future.
Looking for the best suggestion.

Friends need your urgent suggestion on the current situation. Wife filed RCR 3 months after filing 498a.
498a (Filed Dec 2014). RCR filed by wife in March 2015. DV case also filed in Jan 2015. All three cases running.
498a I got anticipatory bail easily. I have not filed even 1 case against her.
I need the below information and have a few questions:
My 498a lawyer mentioned that RCR is not valid since she put RCR after 498a FIR. I need to know if there is a judgement that I can refer on this or how can I get this RCR closed.
Wife wants divorce with all 3 cases running. My stand is she should take back 498a and I can then think of giving divorce. Will this be a good situation?
Will I be able to get the DV and RCR closed after the divorce Decree. I am sure she has plans to go out of country/city.

Story attached , now court set July 13 as exparte evidence what is exparte evidence?. as respondent did not turn up till now how relief of costs will be paid by respondent as he is not in India and no property or deposits in his name in India . what is the procedure and can this be appealed in high court and what is duration for appeal in high court please advice
STORY:
my brother married in march 2015 and left back for US in April 2015 . both are Hindus . Wife wanted her to be with him in US brother declined . on Nov 2015 she filed case as NULL and VOID and in petition said to recover expense of court from him a . case was set in Nov , Feb , April , may and now 3 July for counseling . As he left only 10 months back after marriage and on January 2015 only he got job in US find difficulty in getting leave . we arranged a advocate to inform court saying he is on US and requested court to give time till DEC for which it was turned down . Now he will appear only in Dec. He did not appeared for counselling and was set as expartee evidence on 13 july can he get expartie divorce Any sort of compensation to be paid as per court and can that be set aside till he come in December . Even if court advice for payment of money can his relatives approach court for considering in December

My mother, age 58 years is diabetic and not keeping well.She wants to withdraw all her money from our family firm.My youngest uncle who lives in a different city looks after our family business is not willing to give the money. Kindly suggest what could be done at the earliest

Sir,
I got arrange marriage with Hindu customs in Feb, 2015 and lived together for 17th August 2016. I don't have marriage registration. After that her father demanded 2.5 Lacks for his brothers marriage in cash, I gave him in June by cash, so I don't have evidence. After marriage I demanded the money they shouted me and compelled to give him 10 thousand monthly but I rejected. My wife also favored his father and start walking out side without informing me. He use to walked with his sister who is married last 3 years and tried to ignore me. I frequently asked where she use to go but she didn't disclosed and took the jewelry amount of 3 Laces to her home without intimating me. They send application to police for family violation and dowry. After my inquiry her father he told to divorce and don't want to come again in my company. They demanded 2.75 laces as cash and I gave him. We agreed for divorce and prepared Mutual Consensus Document (MCD) from local Tehsil (not Court Divorce) after handovering (3 lacs worth's jewllery+2.75 lacs cash as mentioned in MCD). Now my family is ready for my second marriage, but they are creating problem and they are ready to return all items and cash and send the daughter. We prepared MCD in October 2015 and living separately. I want to know following:
1. Can I second marry with MCD.
2. If I done second marriage they can create problem in future, what problem they can do. Please give the detail.
3. Can I take Court divorce, how?
4. If I am agree to live with her my family will not accept her and I want to live with my family because of my mother age is 85 year.
Sir please suggest me the best for my life.

My father are two brothers,among whom my father is eldest. A part of the property is already been registered to my mother's name. but,my grandmother is not willing to give us,even a single piece of land. She wants to give all the property to her youngest son. She also give slangs to us & disturb us in every manner. Now,what we can do legally. Please suggest..
