I have filed a FIR under section 498a, 323,3/4 DP act against my husband and inlaws. Chargesheet has been filed by police in march 2016.but yet has not submitted to court. Kindly tell whether we should insist to submit chargesheet to court or not. Whetherwe can go in high court at this stage, to assure so that the accused would not get bail.whether police can alter the chargesheet before it has submitted to court.

My brother's wife is not coming back to stay with him inspite of several phone calls, messages and a personal visit. The reasons given are useless and not convincing. She and her family are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Please let me know if we can issue a cruelty Notice and if this will help us dissolve the marriage?
Hello Experts,
I am from Hyderabad and last year i got married to a girl who is from Bangalore and i got the marriage proposal through a matrimonial website and within one month i got married. Whereas i requested my parents as well as her parents to give me at least 6 months time, so that we can understand each other. Further after the marriage we stayed together for nearly 4 months and even in that 4 months she use to frequently visit her parents in Bangalore and from 5th month she started quarreling with me and my parents quite fervently and on one day she also went to a police station in our area and gave a harassment complaint against me and my parents. The police investigated and found that nothing that sort happened with her anytime and it was a false complaint and asked both of us to sit for a counseling for which she refused and immediately on the same day came to my house packed her belongings including jewellery and left to Bangalore and from past 7 months she is with her parents and even she and her parents are demanding me to come and stay with them or they will book some false cases against me in Bangalore.
Sir to tell you the fact nothing that sort of harassment happened and the main reason for her quarrel was as her parents stay alone in Bangalore she use to insist me to shift to Bangalore so that she can take care of her parents and to tell you the fact i am the only son to my parents and even its my responsibility to look after my parents for that reason i never agreed for her demand. Plz suggest me what can i do now because now i dont want to live with her coz even if she come to Hyderabad and start to live with me, we never know she may harm herself and file a false complaint against me and parents.
Plz suggest me what can i do?
Thank You.

Respected sir, my husband filed a divorce case in April 16 on false grounds just after one year of marriage. Even though I don't want divorce and appealed for interim maintenance in court. I am working privately in other state but it is difficult for me to bear expense of this case and all. My husband sent a rti request to my workplace to know my salary status. My problem is, since I am working in a private firm they can fire me on my husband's rti request just to avoid the unnecessary burden. So what should I do? My husband is govt medical officer.

Dear respected sir/madam,
Me nd my family members got AB nd got it regularised too. Now can i think of quashing of the 498a. As time mentioned i was in another city of the accused is a neighbour nit in blood relationship. And most importantly one of the cases police specifically mentioned time the 498a lady mentioned in her pitition is not present in my address i have other proff to satisfy the truth that she was not staying with us. CS also been filed. Should i go ahead with this quashing or it will backfire or make the lower court trail harder. Pls advice i am in dilemma whether to go ahed with this or not. Thanks in advance as i always received quality and helpful advice from the experts here. Pls tell if ny more details you require i will provide the same. Thank you very much.

My friends father AA died in 2001 without writing will, his wife, daughter and widow mother BB were the legal heir. And also obtained legal heir certificate from authority. the window mother BB died in 2006. Now when we go for selling the property, some are telling we have to get some registered docs from the other two sons of BB, ( brother of AA) that they do not have any interest over the property, since BB she was one of the legal heir. The property was purchased by my friend father AA from his own income.
