respected sir,
i wish to get your advice that my father was working in jammu and kashmir police , he died of cardiac arrest during his service. now i have to get the legal heir certificate from the court so that they can pay leave salary, GPF fund, police welfare fund which is contributed by the police personal during his service, so i request you to suggest me how much i have to pay the court fee and rules on which i can obtain the certificate by paying least court fee,
can you plz suggest that is there any rule or law so that i can get the certificate for only one one amount and rest will be creditted to only my mothers account without paying court fee by giving in affidavit in the court

We both love each other a lot and we are both of us are 18 yrs old and our parents are rejected our love and stopped studies due to caste .we are from s.c and s.t ,her parents are trying to marry her with someone other.as soon as possible. I want to marry her but as per law bridegroom need 21 yrs of age but there is no time. I want to marry her as soon as possible. Please suggest me a proper way..please.

I'm separated from my husband since 2009 the case is of absconding and desertion. I have a kid who is now 8yrs old n till now everything is just done by me for my son.
I stay in pune with my parents n the guy stays in Andhra pradesh. Due to no proper guidance and support I cudnt file any strong case against him. Had filed dvcc and 498a four years back in Andhra pradesh. Attended the court for 3.5 yrs n now left becoz I'm not able to travel as different state. As of now the case is dismissed.
I want to get divorced. I tried a lot for mutual but they don't agree n not even come to talk. Plus as Streedhan my parents gave me money which they r not giving me.
Experts please advice me how do I get divorce n my money back ( it's in form of fd). I heard that if separation is for 7yrs then divorce easy n not much hasty. I'm very much tired attending the court. Want to get out of this ASAP. Kindly advice me the best thing I can do.

My brother got married in May 2016. Both he and his wife is working. We live in undivided family,, me my wife and my borther shares some portion of salary in house but my brothers wife do not share her salary, . My borther and mom do not ask her for complete salary, but ask for some portion of salary and rest to keep with her self. But still she do not give her salary.She says that as per law no one can ask her for salary. But she wants my brother salary, also she tells her husband not to take responsibility of family.
Almost ever weekend she visits hers parents place and help them monetary. Also she do not help my mother in daily household work..
Now can you advice whether asking portion of salary from her can be a part of dowry. as per the above situation can my brother ask for separation.

Respected experts, Maintenance allotted in dv case for me and my son 2 months back. Respondent is neither paying maintenance regularly nor clearing arrears. My council told we can not pressurize respondent to pay just by u/s 20 of Dv act and so he is telling me to file another case u/s 30. My query- Is it necessary to file that case and will that be helpful for me to get regular maintenance?

hi. one of my friend's engagement was one week before that happens because of his parents but he loves someone else and wants to cancel this roka/engagement..can the girls side can file any case on him if he break off roka..

Sir,
My Father Recently Expired on May 2016. My Grand Father Owns site since 1973. And My Father Grand Father owns site since 1970. In order to share the property among my and my Uncles. My Uncle Taken Family Membership certificate for my Grand Father. We take Family Membership Certificate for my Father. But in my Grand Father family membership certificate(FMC) my father name not in the list of family members.my uncle taken the FMC after my father`s death. I have doubt whether my mother and my and brother have any right in the property. we have only xerox copies of sites.my uncle have orginals. sir,my Father grand father has 3 sons and no one has objection regarding distribution of site to my grand father. my grand father expired on june2013. in my father FMC my grand mother name in the list of family members.My grand father has 4 sons. my father is 2nd son.my grand father has 1 daughter. sir, i want to know the Following :
1)what are the documents required for partition.
2) my Father name is not appeared in the FMC of my Grand Father. it is taken after my father`s death. Is there any Problem.
3)Whether My mother and we Have any Right in the Property.
Please guide me sir.

MY SISTER'S HUSBAND FILED A SUITE AGAINST MY SISTER TO TAKE DIVORCE ON THE BASIS OF 2 YEARS NOT LIVING WITH HIM N MY SISTER WANT TO LIVE WITH HIM N HIS PARENTS ENCOURAGE TO TAKE IT N ALSO THEY R RESTRICTED TO LIVE TOGETHER .
COURT HAS ISSUE A NOTICE (FIRST) TO ATTEND COURT ON 19.12.2016 N SUBSEQUENTLY IT IS POSTPONED TO 29.12.2016.

Maintenance u/s dv
Dear sir ,
in DV case ordered that
i shall pay an amount as a maintenance to my wife .
and my own house having 4 rooms that is in possession of my wife . she should give me 2 room and i can let it on rent and pay the maintenance.
so far i had paid the maintenance amount to my wife and the arrears is pending.
I tried to get the possession of 2 room from her through protection officer but she did not respond to them and has filed a case of recovery of arrears.
when I told the court that she is not giving me the possession of 2 room as mentioned in the same order he says as this case is filed by her court cannot order her to give the possession. for that i have to file a different case.
please guide.
