Dear sir, We have performed our sister arranged marriage 9 months back as per hindu rites and bride groom is working in Indian Railways and now she is pregnant with 7 months and my sister husband (Bride groom ) till now he did not enrolled her name as his spouse on his duty i,e in Railways for providing medical facilities. And for this we have approached with wedding card & Marriage photos and along with my sister to concerned Railway Officer for whom my sister’s husband will report regarding his duties, but that concerned Railway Officer is saying that by employee willingness & with family declaration form only we can enroll her name. Sir, but in this case my sister’s husband is intentionally and wantedly he is not enrolling her name in Railways. So, sir is this rule is there in Railways, are there are no alternate Step or procedure in Railways to get enroll of my sister name in Railways.

Hi,
I have one query. Below is the scenario.
We are three brothers. My grandfather bought the property in the name of my grandmother. Now my grandmother wants to give this property to only one grandson.
1) Need to know can she do this?
2) Can I claim the property if writes will?
3) Can I claim the property if she does not write the will?

In 2007, we perchase a house .for this i took money from my father & brother. My husband made property perpars on his name by saying that I am not earn. House had loan of 5 lakh . my husband has a medical shop & he is showing that is his income source which is not running well. So loan was not regularly paid. Even I paid loan by selling my 'stridhan' .In 2010 I got job. After that I am paying house loan. Because some anather reason we got some conflict & my husband threthened me that he will sold the house. Every time he ask me to give money otherwise he we sold out house that I was living. So I stop paying loan. Bank noticed under securitization act. One day my husband leave home without knowing me. From that day My husband never came back. My husband is living separately from last 4 In 2013 I was putted case against my husband & bank in civil court. &in 2014 ,maintainace case of children againt my husband. I am living with my 2 children in rented house. In 2013 I was putted case against my husband & bank in civil court. &in 2014 ,maintainace case of children againt my husband But in 2015, Feb bank has taken possession under securitization act without my consent saying that the house my husband's own property. My advocate was not guided properly. He was not taken any stay on banks ferther action. Bank & my husband sold out property. I ask my advocate to take stay on money that was remained after paying bank loan. Now case is still panding . now my advocate made amendment in that to claim half amount of house. Now case was on my cross. & suddenly opponent has put application that lower court has not jurisdiction of rupee above 5 lakh. & case is sent to Senior court. Now I am surprised that 10 months after making amendment the has realized that he has no jurisdiction. Now I am quit confused that whether my advocate is going properly because he never take any objection to opponent's action. While making amendment doesn't he know about juridiction? Now one more query is there .In this case being women whether I have to pay stamp duty or not? On this point the case in paiding on suprident's table. I am too confused. Please, give me legal advice.

Family Court has referred the divorce matter (Seciton 13(1)(i a) of HMA) to Mediation. I am favoring mediation and wants to conciliation with wife who is residing in foreign country. Wife is the petitioner and I am the respondent. Wife was not appeared in person in mediation procedure but her so called power of attorney father was appeared in mediation behalf of wife though POA holder has not specific permission/order to appear behalf of the petitioner and no specific reason for not appearance of wife in person. I raised this objection before mediator but mediator denied my objection and continued the procedure of individual counseling round with POA holder and me. What I should do if mediator is favoring to so call POA holder though POA holder has no specific permission of family court to appear behalf of the wife?

Hello Experts,
I have a query regarding marital dispute, as one of my client got married 9 years back and has a 6 year old girl child (baby was conceived immediately within 1 year of marriage)and after the baby was born my client's husband deserted her and his where abouts are unknown almost since 8 years, as my client says that he got married to some other lady and have kids with her also, whereas he has deserted her also. So now my question is under what ground she can file a divorce and what will be the duration for granting of divorce.

My query is what is the process to complete a adoption case in case a woman remarries after demise of her husband and his second husband wants to adopt her only son aged 2 years. In this case it is pertinent to mention here that widow has remarried to younger brother of his late husband. Marriage has been solemnised with the consent of both the families.

Husband whose domicile is Maharashtra married to wife whose domicile is Karnataka. Husband is the sole owner of a flat in Goa. He is physically handicapped since last 25 years. Since 2013 wife and the only son deserted him. Younger brother had to admit him in old age home who bears all his medical and old age home charges along with the emi of home loan. Now husband wants to sell flat.
Is Goan law applicable here which says wife has equal share in property irrespective of the fact whether she is co owner or not. Right now husband is in old age home in Pune. Even his wife and son are settled in Pune.
Please advise.

my friend(wife with a daughter 4 yrs old)filled a 125 maintenance case in tis hazari court delhi . almost 3 years going to complete only 3000 interim maintenance orderd for both with and daughter .
question 1) husband want his passport .my friend having his passport . in that passport husband is single , he didnt changed his status.Tell me sir , my friend surrender his passport in the court and what happen if he leave india??
HOW SHE BRING A WITNESS IF ALL THAT HAPPEN IN THE ROOM AND IN HER MATRIMONIAL HOUSE .
question 2 ) my friend lived with his friend only for 4 month. in that 4 month he tortured her in his room , beating her all the time and not giving food to eat and treat like her a maid. Tell me sir, how my friend proof all this happen to the court . beacuse her husband didnot allow her to go outside the house. How she proof all physical and mental torture before the court.

MY FRIEND DONT WANT ANY MONEY SHE WANTS TO SHOW THE REAL FACE OF HER HUSBAND . SHE DONT WANT TO GIVE HIM A DIVORCE ALSO . IF SHE WILL GIVE DIVORCE , HE WILL GET ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO WASTE MANY DECENT GIRLS LIKE ME.
