If a mother belonging forward caste and father belonging obc is it possible to adopt mother's forward caste with the acceptance of father in Kerala due to matrilineal system?

My wife is niether coming back to home with my two daughters nor ready to give me divorce. And openly threatening to spoil my life. I belong to a location which is a small town and my wife is doing job in different city. niether she is coming back to home nor she is letting my daughters to stay with me.The wife is so much violent that I also feel threaten to my life.
It has been two years we are staying apart and we are married with more than three years

I AM THE CHILD OF INTER CASTE MARRIAGE PARENTS. MY FATHER BELONGS TO SC AND MOTHER OBC.IN MY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE ITS OBC BUT I WANT TO CHANGE TO MY FATHER CASTE. IS IT POSSIBLE?

i was marry in 2010 in 2011 my wife gone to her parents and since then she has not came back. i had tried to convince her to come back with me but she is not ready finally she said i don't want to live with you. Now neither she is not coming nor giving divorce to me. please suggest me what to do in this scenario?

Hello I need a query, I have been married on 2013 November. And our marriage expenses was sharing half from boy side and half from girl side. And in our cast we do not take dowry it's offence. And till today I didn't beat her nor spoke harshly. She creates situation and informs to her parents that I behave rudely with her but nearby house people know about me. She is working as teacher and I work in Pvt. Ltd company. So I am not ready to give divorce she requires so any solution. Her brother calls me and speaks rudely and tell I will put complaint against you with police. She harass me. She requires divorce that's it. Wanted to know should I need to give compensation or not. And shall I give or take divorce.

my marriage on 19/12/2010 occurred at a remote village.my wife was from that village .i have a child of 6years. after marriage my wife started to complaining about me to the relatives and always used bad language to me and said that was routine language in her village.after complaining to her father he didn't responded me.we had a quarrel on 04/07/2015 she left my home from that date .after my relatives gathered and brought my wife on 15/7/2016 .after this long time i found pregnancy test kit in her tuition bag ,but we didn't had any physical relationship in 9 months because she wanted some time.i called her parents and told them this thing they took it normally and said stay calm .after she quarreled with me and again left my home on 05/10/2016.she regularly changed her sim cards and hide her phone and regularly clicked photos .after leaving my home she filed a n/c in local police station about quarrel and beating her.and filed a complaint in local police mahila aayog .i have been present for 6 dates she always say i want to go,but she gets another date .so i filed rcr petition but she has not received the notice till .now my wife and her in-laws threaten me and my relatives with bad language in marriages ,say they will rot me in jails and say aur bhi hum kuch kar sakte hai . what shoul i do now.they are pressuring to do something wrong to my life.she ha snot taken the child with her and not phoned him .sir what should i do ? they say itne case karenge ki teri aur tere gharwalo ki umar jail me nikal jayege.hamare paas bahut proof hai..sir please help me ??

My sister live's in Maharashtra and belong to Dhangar Cast which is in NT2 Nomadic Tribes category in Maharashtra State Government List and OBC in Central Government's List But she married a guy from Karnatak State who Belongs to ST GOND of Scheduld Tribes OR ( ST ) Category and this is not a inter cast marriage as we are called dhangar in maharashtra and st gond in karnataka i am willing to weather can she avail the facilities of ST cast as her husband belong's ST category, thank you...
