Hi Everyone,
Myself J. Srinivas, Doing practice at Hyderabad. I have one small query, My client got married in the year 2015 and she resided at her matrimonial home for 8 months and in that 8 months, the respondent No.1 who is the husband, he never spoken with her and they dont even have any physical relationship. They went to honeymoon, there also he has taken alcohol and he slept alone. Now i request to everyone, how should i prove that he is having some problem. I have filed Interim Maintenance, in that the other side counsel has filed counter stating that, she never allowed him for sexual intercourse. As per my client, he use to come daily by 2:00 p.m. in the night and he use to sleep with his mother. He never came to her bedroom. The major point is he never spoken with her. Kindly help me in this issue.
If possible kindly provide me some citations. it will be a great help.

Dear Sir my wife has left my home and staying in her parents house willfully and I filed the RcR and it has decreed to join matrimonal home with in 6 months but she has not joined my family and if she willfully wishes to leave separate and files the divorce is am liable to pay the maintainence to her... According to law of Muslim if wife wills to get separate there is no kind of any responsibility or relationship with the husband so can I know will I be liable to maintain her

Dear Sir, An Railway employee married 9 months back as per Hindu rites, and he is refusing wontedly to enroll his wife name in his employment service record ( personal file ) and her relatives had approached his concern Railway Officer but they are saying that employee himself has to declare his wife name in declaration form then only we can enter her name and we are not authorized independently to instruct him.So, in this case here the employee is not willing and Railway Officials are not supporting, then if we go to the court with an Writ petition for enrolling her name in Railway employee’s service record.
So, by this Writ petition is it possible. Thanking you

respected Sir/mam / site members, thankyou for creating this platform.
I am facing an Interim maintenance case from my wife. she is a BDS( dentist) and had 6 years of working experience. he last job pay was 25000 rs per month.
on the other hand i am b.com and i work for a BPO and is geeting 12400 rs per month currently as per my salary slip.
My manager told me if Dv is proved, they will terminate me. about Dv is am sure it wont be proved as i never did any such dirty activity. i always spent on my wife and helped her.
Plz guide me about how should i fight this Interim maintenance case. and if i quit my job and show myself as unemployed for some time, and show that i got fired, can that help me.
Respected Mam/sir plz help me, i am in lots of tension

My dad's brother sold a property in 1997 but unregistered. From that year my family agriculture that land till now. My dad expired in 2015 and now 2017 my dad's brother came forward and give complaint that i am using their property and they need back their property. I have all the proof like witness and their sign sale in 1997 but unregistered. What shall I do?

Me and my wife registered our marriage on 28th October 2015. As We are socially married yet we stay separate. I stay and work Maharashtra and she stays in West Bengal. My in laws do not like me and they are creating seen very badly. Now they are offering me to agree for mutual divorce within 5 days or they will file a harassment case. That might be 498 A or may be any other. Now I am stuck to my work badly and I told them to wait few more days. But they are not willing to wait and threating me of police and harassment case.
I just want to know that what to do to avoid this situation? How to counter the harassment case and police threatings???
Pls ans asap.

Dear LCI,
querist (A1) convicted in 498a along with A6 (sister-in-law),
now waiting for hearing of sentence
on the day of pronouncement of judgment.......
Judge questioned for a1 & a6
for a1, why no defence evidence?
I have no answer to the JUDGE
AND
FOR a6,
as you took aliby on the day of alleged offence and you did not adduce any evidence to that, thus you are convicted
even a6 has no answer to the JUDGE
But the answer to question of JUDGE to the FORUM is ..,
that our counsel(legal aid) said not to adduce any evidence, so i was silent basing on his words and
no idea why, a1 convicted.
&
no clarity why, a6 was convicted.
but all witness as per 161 statement are hostile
only police and complainant side witness was taken
query:
in this regard A1 can request to call de facto complainant (498a petitioner & then wife for a1) to talk in court before judge regarding the sensitivity matters related of the case on day of hearing of sentenence
as provided U/s 235(2) - chance given to a1 to say few words related to case
