Does a muslim priest giving marriage certificate is valid in Maharashtra.If not registered will the marriage called as VALID MARRIAGE.

I am a Muslim. I have married a muslim girl 2 years ago in a traditional Islamic manner in a mosque and I have got registered my marriage too.Now I am thinking of second marriage marrying a Hindu girl who is willing to convert to Islam.my question is can I do this second marriage? And can I register this marriage also as I did for my first marriage?because I heard someone saying I cannot register second marriage.

I am Kartik a NRI professional based out of Sharjah, UAE since 2008. It is sad but I am going through a messy divorce.
The background of my case is :
I got married in Mumbai to a Hindu maharashtrian girl in 2010. All was fine and we moved as a family to UAE where I was working in 2011.
However once in UAE we started having marital problems and my wife started getting agitated with the way things are in UAE.
We had a girl in 2013 hoping for things to get better but they got worse.My wife started living with my girl child in some friends house in UAE claiming they were childhood friends. It is later I found out that she had developed extra martial relationship with another Indian marathi guy.
Please also note that my wife too is a NRI as she has been living in UAE for over 6 years now.
As we were living apart I filed for divorce under Hindu Marriage act in UAE against my wife after reconcilliation failed.
Everything was going fine with the divorce preecedings except that I received a legal notice from my wife's lawyer in India stating that a case of divorce has been filed against me in Family Court in Bandra Mumbai on the grounds of cruelty and abadonment.
1)My question to the experts is that when proceedings for divorce are already filed by me under Hindu Marriage Act in UAE can my wife file a similar divorce case (which is actually false) in courts in India under Hindu Marriage act.
2)If this is possible and both cases are pursued concurrently which court will have the right to grant divorce. For eg if I there are certain terms of settlement agreed in UAE and certain terms of agreement agreed in Indian courts which will be applicable.
3)Also can the case that I have registered in UAE as a NRI be transferred in India.
4)If same case cannot be registered in different court under the same act I would want the case to be pursued in UAE hence what should I do of the case in Mumbai India.
Please clarify my doubts as I am quite confused and stressed.

I m heading for mutual divorce. I live a boy with whom i have a son. He was forced to marry someone 3 yrs back . It was arya samaj marriage but not registeted with court. He wants to seperate from his wife and marry me. But his wife is not leaving him and family is also not supporting. He has no child from his present wife. Kindly guide. My son is 6 yrs old now.

I am separated with my husband from last two years, and I have also filed divorced petition . But it was rejected and I didn't get decree.
If I am asking for mutual divorced from my husband he is asking for money.
I don't have any child and I am doing job not required any maintenance.
Now the situation I found a guy who suitable for me to re-marry. Because of failed petition i am not able to marry him. I don't want to go for the higher court now because the process is time consuming and costly.
Any other way? using that I can live in with other person without divorced?

I left matrimonial home 2 yr ago & started to live with my parents with my girl child. There is no case in between me & my husband. Abt 1 yr ago my husband filled a case under sec 25 guardians & wards act 1890 that was dismissed. Now 3 months ago he filled another case under sec 151 order 7 rule 11(d) custody of girl child aged 2.5 yr.I'm a working lady & he is professional.Asked for interim visitation & custody.Where should we meet for interim visitation? Can he get the custody of my girl child whereas they couldn't recognize each other.Plz suggest.

My home property is on my husband's name. And he is selling home without my conset. I am not at all ready to sell this home and to live in rented house. In absence of mine now he is mentally torturing me to sell my home.please help me out.

my marriage in 2010 as per hindu riti riwaz i have issue a girl child in 2011 my wife left my house in 2012 with my daughter after that she not come back to my home.in . my wife file a case in aug 2013 at his parent house u/s 125crpc when i go to attend this case i file a application to take her back my home but she voluantry refuse to come back with me . Than i file a section 9 rcr she come to attend the case and refuse to live with me case is pending . in his case u/s 125 crpc court reject my wife application on ground deseration 125(4) .in my case section 9 after ammend in 13 i got divorce on both ground crulity and deseration. now the she file a case of dv act section 12 and 20,22 demand 40 lakhs in his petion which is pending . sir my question is my daughter is now over 5 years age i want to my daughter back to my home can i file a custody case and where file it is possible to file in my place, sir i want to also know both case 125 crpc and divorced case in my favour can court consider this judgments in decideing custody case any advantages in my favour. sir if any citiaion please give me urgently requir thanks in advance

Dear expert,
My case (husband) is on the stage of evidence -in-chief in 125 crpc. Now I have to submit my Evidence on affidavit.
My question is that can i submit/attach the supporting documents as annexure along with this evidence(gawahi/Sachhya).
My lawyer told me you can submit/annex whatever you have documents.
But my other lawyer told me you can not submit!!!!!because there is documentry evidence act which you have to follow. But I could not under stand.
Kindly advice me and suggest. Beacause I have lot of documents to prove the denay or reduce the maintenance for my spose (divorced but 125 crpc still pending).
