I got married in January 2004. It's been 6yrs me & my husband don't stay together. We have a 12yrs old daughter. We had bought a house on our joint name. Now since we are getting divorced my husband is ready to transfer his rights in the property to my daughter. What are the procedures to be followed for getting property rights transferred on my daughters name & also the procedures to be followed after she is 18yrs.

sir i had filed review petition against the judgement of permanent alimony given by orissa high court. now my wife had send me notice from family court tell me what to do because my review petition case is pending status in high court

I got married in 2014 , im from belgaum and my husband is from goa , after 15 days of marriage he started harrasing and also cheated me. Now he filled a case in goa for annullment of marriage and i filled case in belgaum for divorse . Im not demanding anything from him but too he is not ready for divorse . I dont want to go for annullment i want divorse. Please help what i should do now

Sir/Madam,
After ring ceremony happened, due to some complications, boys side wants to cancel the marriage as the reason behind the cause of problem occurs from girls side family. A family member of girl's family threatens not to do this marriage to boy's parents. After that boy side decided not to do this marriage after discussing with own family not because they feared but because they don't want to jump between these matters as they want a happy marriage not a quarrel. But girls side don't want to cancel, as they are saying they will not cancel the marriage and the marriage will surely take place. And in starting all these matters were hidden from boy side as all this incident occur on ring ceremony evening. Even girls family told on engagement day that the relative is a mad guy but after finding out we concluded that he is not mad. Even now girl's family are not telling the real reason behind this incident. Boy side all decided to cancel the marriage in any case.
Boy's side are ready to return all the gifts(including money gift) to girl side but they are not. This decision is made within 1 week of engagement and no any furthur bookings and dates were finalized. I want to know what legal actions they can take against boy side for cancellation of marriage? What should boy do now?

The couples got married before 45 years and 2 years back the husband thrown way his wife and his son. Wife filed complaint against her husband and her husband immediately filed divorce petition in the family court. Charge sheet filed against her husband under 498 A .Now the wife want to get into her matrimonial house.The matrimonial house property is the sreedhana property given by her father.Now husband resisting to allow her.
What are all the possible solution to the wife to get into her matrimonial house?

After marriage my wife stayed only 5 months and she went her home.
When I went her home to bring her back. Her Inlaws spoke bad words and told us will send her after 20 days but they did not called us and simply I was waiting a call from them and after 4 months she called me.
During Phone conversation
I've told to my wife during phone conversation,
" I know how to solve our personal problems "
Now She has filed 125Crpc against me.
After she filed case and I received a summons then she started telling me over the chat you are impotent.
Can you please guide how to tackle this situation.
I really appreciate your guidance.

Husband thrown away his wife and filed divorce petition. Now can the wife re-enter into husband's house and live till getting divorce.

My case is in Delhi highcourt for quashing of 498A. Divorce has already been granted on mutual consent basis. My ex wife didn't turn up for hearing on 2 dates. I am also supposed to pay her last installment of settlement money. It seems she is not interested to come to the court now. What happens in this kind of scenario? can court quash the case without her presence? Will the last installment of money remain with me if she doesn't take?

Divorce
I stay in mumbai and have three children who stay in valsad with my wife. from past three years. I work as a uber cab driver and able to run the basic needs require in the family. At present I stay in with my aunts in andheri east.
My permanent address is at khar east where my mother alone live. My wife has applied in court for the basic requirement as in money. But she is not willing to come ans stay with me and my mother's house. I was ex railway employee due to some basic reason I was expel from the service. She is not demanding for divorce nor willing to stay with me. My in law (her brother) is married and have the one kid of one years. he has force her to not to stay with me.
Should I forward to take child custody matter to the court or suggest me the situation. My first son id ten years old and studying in 6th at valsad second is in studying in 1st at valsad and last daughter is 3 years in nursery at valsad.
I want all the kids should stay with me at mumbai and i will take better care for them. My wife is jobless and she is depend on her mother's family pension but she stay with her brother mother and sister in law. Also her health is unwell forever. She apprached to the local Mahila Mandal . Allthe concers ladies were against me for this solvent matter. Kindly suggest me the case and help me.
