Hello sir good evening, Please mera problem solve kariye, Mere dady police department me the unka service me death' hogaya yahan par bhi two wives ka problem hai but civil court se dono ku fifty fifty bolke aaya aur humne waisa hi kya, half half pension bhi aara (pf, gpo,funds ) humne second wife ku dediye aur compassionate ground job keliye humne liya , Problem yeh hai ki unka mandal alag hai aur hamara mandal alag hai, second wife waalo ne Family member certificate keliye pahle unke mandal me apply kardiye, second wife ke mandal se family member certificate aagaya,mera revenue department (mandal) alag hai , mere saare certificates mere mandal ke hai death certificate aur family member certificate second wife ke mandal ke hai

Dear Experts,
I am facing trial of DV Act filed by my wife. In this case she is seeking maintenance for herself,
She filed an affidavit stating that she is unemployed. Thus unable to maintain herself.
I counter this by filing Application of perjury u/s 193,195 and 340 Cr.P.C.with evidence like her Salary Slip with Salary A/c statement which shows that her salary is 35,000
But judge rejected the Application of perjury saying that because evidence is available that she is working so there is no need for further enquiry as prescribed u/s 340 Cr.P.C
Question:
But now it is proved that she willfully lied before the court. So, why not she should be prosecuted for that?

Problem yeh hai ki unka mandal alag hai aur hamara mandal alag hai, second wife ke mandal se family member certificate aagaya, mere address proof alag mandal ke hai woh mujhe no earning member certificate nahi dere toh mai kya karun plzzz mujhe idea dijiye

Hello,here I have some doubt's
According to hindhu succession act 2005 ,every children gets wether boy or girl will get equal share in fathers self acquired property after fathers death
My doubt is
My father in law has 1 son ,two daughters,one daughter got married in 2008 I,e my wife.
Here my question is how many ways does a father can transfer his self acquired property towards his only son ,I heard about WILL, other than will is father has any choice to transfer his self acquired property towards son?

In a matter of DV Act Court has ordered to return stridhan to wife which is not being complied.
Plz Sir suggest the provision and procedure, which court can adopt ?

Hi friends,
After a long dispute of years with my wife and in laws. I have filed a mutual consent divorce in a court in Patiala. We have paid a draft of 8 lakh rupees as half of the total amount agreed. She received in court and the no. of the draft is recorded in the statements. In draft we have mentioned the name of my wife ..xyzD/O..xyz....S/O..xyz....Now after few days getting call from the intermediate person that we have given them bogus draft which is not getting cleared. Because their daughter does not have any account on this details. When we proposed them to open one new account to cash the draft they said we will not open any new account and are threatening us that we will take legal action against you.
Please guide me what to do. I can not cancel that draft because they will not return back to me. Please give your valuable comments and suggestions on the above said.

There's a friend of mine , a girl of age around 18yrs... Navneet ,a boy of 23+yrs has been pressurising her to marry him .
She's actually his relative...
The boy named Navneet is actually her elder cousin's husband's brother.
Is there any way she can protect herself from that boy even if her family supports the boy not her. ..
And is it possible that they can marry (as per the hindu marriage act in the indian constitution )
What shall she do to protect herself without letting that person know...

How the notice is served?
Hello ,I want to know how the police serves notice to the complainant.I registered FIR against husband (dowry case) & later both (husband in KSA) agreed for mutual divorce with 4L money & articles exchange. .Should the police serve the notice to address of the mine or can they call me/father and ask to come to PS to sign the notice? Police called me so i said i will accept notice only when i receive divorce papers since they are playing fraud by bribing police officials & can delay a year to send me divorce (KHULA )papers from saudi arabia.(I received articles & 4Lakh amount after approaching police, various times - they said case has been closed).& now i have to pay mahar 40000 to my husband.
