Hindu wife did not want to have a relationship with husband and wanted the divorce on the ground of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. The court granted it. Now wife asking for maintenance from the husband. Is the wife taking divorce entitled for maintenance?

My wife filed a DV case against me while I was in US. I visited India for a month and she was staying with her mother. She approached Women cell and filed a complaint. They called me and cross examined and found nothing has happened. She filed a DV case in court too. Women cell asked me to return her Stridhan which I did without any court orders. Women cell case is closed now.
In court she has asked for maintenance(1 lakh 60 thousand per month) for herself and kid. She earns 1 lakh per month and I have her form 16 for last 5 years. I hope as she is earning no maintenance is applicable for her. I am ready to pay education expenses for my kid. But she is asking 20 lacs for kid too + 30K per month now and is agreeing to do it mutually and take case back. I recorded this conversation in phone also. Can I use this as a proof that she is asking money to take case back. Even she is asking for 18 lacs for her compensation.
I have not spoken to my kid since then as she is demanding all money and then will allow me to meet/speak to kid. I have all this recordings with me.
I am submitting my affidavit of income as per Kusum Sharma case and she is also filing. My salary is on higher side in USA. Will court order high interim even though she is earning and maintain herself. I am always ready to bear my kid expenses. And I am asking for rights to meet him and speak to him. She is not even allowing my parents to meet him and has taken protection orders now which I feel is blatant use of law.
Please suggest.

Please advice that case was filled uner CRPC 125 which is now four year old. Respodent has filled the reply 3.5 year back. Applicant has not submitted evidences or reply on oath (jubani).
1. Respodent has filled five exhibit applications to close the stage of the applicant and further move the case. order is not done
2. Being grieved; respodent approached to high court, receved order to decide the applications at the earliest.
3. high court order is submitted to the family court. after this last 3 dates; neither applicant nor her advocate present in the court hearing.
4. 3 exhibit application is given to close the case and further dispose to application. no order done.
Question: Can CRPC 125 application dismissed as per the order 9 rule 8 or any other act. if so then please share the details. what further can be done to dimiss the application exhibit no. 1 thanks

But my 1st husband will not come as he black mailed me and he got married so he will not come the problem is my own brother as need for amount so he s black mailing me if v didn't give amount he will find him and files a case by his side
My brother was happy with my second marriage because he knew that the first guy was a fraud
But now because he needs money he s doing this

Hi sir 3 years back I married one guy in temple without any legal registration he gave some amount to lawer and did notry after dat I got to know dat he s a fraud nobody in his house believes him he as taken amount from so many ppl which he didn't return and he put everything on my head he tourchered me a lot and finally came out of his relationship after that I was staying with my parents till now I didn't see him nor he didn't contacted me
Later I married a guy second marriage [he knew everything about my first marriage]legally with all marriage registration and according to Hindu rituals and now o have a girl baby she s 3months old
But my worry is I did not divorced him [first marriage]will it be a problem

Hello Experts,
I need your urgent suggestion. I have filed DVC & 498A against my Ex in Andhra Pradesh ( I was staying there earlier). But now I am staying with my parents in Pune, Maharashtra and it's really getting difficult for me to attend the cases. DVC already got dismissed because of my absence, I couldn't attend due to my ill health. But I don't want to miss on the 498A. Is there a way I can transfer the case? If possible can some prediction be given can to me relating to the charges. I will be really thankful for guidance. Thank you.

Hello.I have withdrawn dowry case against my husband and in laws (given in writing to police) before charge sheet was filed .This was on the basis of agreement by both parties for mutual divorce mentioning amount and articles to be returned to me(on a particular date at qazi's place) Later they violated terms of agreement but on police's intervention paid the amount & my belongings.But as my husband absconded to saudi ,iam still waiting for divorce(khula) papers sent to him for signatures.But they are wantedly delaying to trouble me.
* Though i have written letter to withdraw case ,i did not take notice from the police of case closing.Now when i approach police,they are saying that case has been closed as per ur written letter.we are not responsible.It is crime that you haven't taken notice .when they contacted me through phone.I said i will take notice only when i receive divorce papers.Is it not compulsory to take my consent to close case through notice eventhough when i have written withdrawal letter?
what is the solution for this? Police officer was talking rudely to us when we approached for this He said itz not their responsibility now as the case is closed.

The mother in law of my sister and her husband has forced my sister to leave her room forcibly & had thrown all the appliance out of the house. Now they are demanding for money.

My problem is that my brother's In law wife charged a fake allegation on me in caw cell that her husband and I have wrong relationship... She gives me warning that she wants to destroy my life and my family too...I dint do any wrong thing with her..I went to caw cell yesterday they also find me innocent and they said no need to come on next date ...all issues are between husband and wife but she unnecessary put me in her case...I don't knw what to do...I HV two kids and almost dey suffer jus CO of her

Quashing of 498a in absence of wife
My case is in Delhi highcourt for quashing of 498A. My wife didn't turn up for hearing on 2 dates. I am also supposed to pay her last installment of settlement money. It seems she is not interested to come to the court now. What happens in this kind of scenario? can court quash the case without her presence? Will the last installment of money remain with me if she doesn't take?
