Hi, My wife's parents adopted my son through a registered adoption deed in 2010. they have 3 daughters including my wife. Now adopted father passed away in 2015 n adopted child has done all the karma for him. adopted mother is now not willing to maintain adopted son but willing to give him equal share in properties (which were self acquired by adoptive father and has not written any will) along with 3 daughters. adopted son is a minor child of 14 years old.
1. Can i as a biological father, go legally for maintenance of my son as she is getting pension of Rs. 28000/- per month as her husband was a government employee irrespective of properties distribution?
2. Can the adopted child get only equal share with other 3 daughters or any thing more.

Can wife file 498a against husband's relatives even if she does not have domestic relationship with them. As per domestic relationship definition wife and relatives of husband must have lived under same roof. Is it valid to file 498a against these relatives those not lived with her under the same roof any time and have hardly met her in person??

My brohter-in-law hasn't been paying interim maintenance to my sister being awarded under DV ACT. We filed execution u/s 125(3) and opposite party is doing part-payment only for the pending execution amount.
Please notify whether i should claim fresh/current maintenance on the date of DV case proceedings or on the date of execution case procedings as dates are being different for both the cases. DV case proceedings date is once in 2-3 months and execution case proceedings are there once each month. Thanks

My wife has left home due to her quarrelsome nature. We tried to make her understand but she made some allegation on me, my mother and relatives which indicates that she have some mental disorder. She is changing statement, some time saying that she did not said anything, my daughter is 7 month old. Through my inlaws I came to know that my wife is babbling at night and fighting to her mother. Her mother is also babbling at night. my wife after coming from work use to take tution instead of taking care of baby and use to fight if asked to take care of baby. I said to my in laws to handover my daughter back as mother is not well but they are Denying. Can I get my daughter sole custody ????? How to proceed in such type of problem

Sir i want to file an appeal against the divorce decree under section 13 HMA by additional session judge (in favour of husband )what would be the limitation period to file an appeal in high court as it is an order of additional session judge whether 30 or 90 days (From wife side )

As adviced in previous query under same subject I tried to contact my wife for settlement but she did not picked up my phone. I messaged her via what's app message but she read that message but did not replied. I contacted my father in law he said that her mental condition is not right at present and she is babbling at night. I asked where she is and what my 7 month old daughter doing. He said that some relatives has taken my wife and daughter is in safe custody of us. Then I said why u did not informed me and if your daughter is in unstable condition and away from you then give my daughter back then he changed statement saying that she is fine and don't try to contact her and daughter is with her. After few hour my wife said she is ok and don't message her for few days. This conversation I recorded. Now my query is that due to suspicious nature of my wife fatherinlaw I want to take my daughter back as she is 7 month old and not on breastfeeding. I have my own house and my mother was taking well care of my daughter as she is govt employee. She has left my home due to some argument.

Sir,
I acquired an agricultural property from a karta of huf. Now the seller is coercing me to either give away a part of it for converting it into a residential site or else he would file a case through his sisters by way of them claming their rights to the HUF property. I fail to understand the ground for filing a case as all the HUF members have signed the sale agreement. Kindly guide me in this regard with reference to specific case laws.
