Dear Experts
In the class I heirs only widow and step mother is surving. How many portion of shares are entitle for both to the intestate property of male hindu deceased ?
Secondly, in the Class II heirs father, brother and sister are surviving. Are they entitled to get their share to the intestated property of the deceased male hindu. If yes, how many portion ?

A law suit regards to an alleged sale of property is pending in Indian court. This property was purchased by husband under Benami in his wife's name( she's a house wife without any source of income).kids sent to america for higher education and mother followed the kids. wife making trips to india without the knowledge of husband and sold the property without the knowledge of husband.purchaser paid the market value and executed an agreement of sale/irrevocable gpa ( with possession ) and registered the document and also got it reflected in the Encumbrance certificate as owner.Also put up a board at the site as owner.
Husband filed a law suit and final judgement is pending.
counsel for wife claims that she has obtained divorce from america in absentia since husband failed to appear in the court in usa.
However no intimation was received by husband and it was a rude shock.
is the divorce valid in the indian courts and what repercussion will it have on the law suit. purchaser has made only an agreement of sale/irrevocable gpa and got it registered in the subregistrar office.

Thank you very much for everyone.
Thanks for your valuable opinions.
1.She ask me to handover my salary with cover.
2.She spends money not for what we need but maintain status.
3.My FIL also threaten me as "i know law,i will spoil you and your family".
4.My wife also threaten me as " I am ready for divorce but my father and brother will torture you".
5.My family members are not happy with my wife.
6.What can i do when her parents are refused to mutual consent?
7.My wife has two sisters one of them living with my FIL custody but in a separate house there is no contact with her husbands family since her marriage,her husband is working in BSF.
8.And another one sister also separated her husband from his family.
9.Now my wife also playing the same game with me.
10.My wife and her sisters are used her husbands for name sake,and they are all like to dominate the family.
These are some more details for please give me solution.

My greater grandfather established a business under HUF. He has one son, who has one daughter (My mother) and a son. Now my mother had relinquished her share/ rights in the business/ properties of HUF in favour of my Uncle (brother of my mother) without my consent, which I came to know later.
My query is that whether I can sue my mother/ uncle as I have not given my consent for such relinquishment?

Hello, I saw one similar question in this community.
Wife is working in some different place. Husband is working in some other place. Wife is not joining husband. Whether husband can file case praying for restitution of conjugal rights?
In such a case whether wife can take shelter of her job? Whether court orders restitution of conjugal rights though she is working?

hi,
my wife filled false 498a dv attempt to murder three forced abortion etc in police station . but the officer was not convinced with so much lie(or may be i was lucky) so her complaint ended up in B summary report.she went to her parents house i immediately filled for rcr can any body advice me what to do next.i dont want her back in my life
