I want to know if we don’t have money to appoint a advocate for divorced case ( from guy side ) court help us to appoint govt advocate from our side.

I filed divorce against my husband in June 2005. But the opponent party never catch any Summons nor appeared in the court and finally I got Ex-party Divorce in June 2006
In januray 2007 i got remarried and now living happily with my husband and son. This month after four years the oppnent party saw our marraige photograph in Orkut and filled Crimanal charges of second marriage on me, my parents .
Just wanted to know what can be the worst case. By any means can he reverse the earlier divorce.

Married; can legally adopt one more minor girl? What is the status of the minor girl, If this act (adoption,not written) is not registered but agreed (Referred / Reiterated) in some Revenue documents?
This is pertaining to an Hindu Family and from state of Andhra Pradesh.

I have filed for divorce but I want to know wheather my wife has the right to ask for the ownership of my property & what are the maintainence I will have to pay.. as she is MCOM & used to work before my childs birth, where her salary was 9500 & now my salary is 16000, where I pay loan 11000/..

My employee earlier submited decleration form no 11 he didnot want PF schem earlier but after six month again he came to us now again want to join in pf schem can we join that emplyee again in PF schem & we fill up form no 2 nominee form to start deduction

Hi,
I want some suggestion as one of my friend got married in nov.2008 and a son is born last year in dec.2009. since marriage the behaviour of my friend's wife were very cruel toward my friend & his whole family.
She is a Government employee & my friend is also at a good place in G.N.D.U.ASR and getting handsome salary. now his wife left him & went to her parent's home with a child & today he got secret information that she is going to file a false complaint u?s. 498-A IPC against my friend & his whole family.

Whether Karta can avail personal loan for himself on the security of property of his HUF, if duly agreed by karta and all other major and minor co-parceners. If not under which law / act it is prohibited.

Mr, X obtained housing loan in his personal name and against the loan offerred FDR in the name of M/S X HUF as security, but bank refused to accept the FDR being in the name of HUF on the ground that FDR of HUF can not be pledged against the housing loan in individual name as prohibited under Hindu law. Is it correct. If yes , please provide the relevant law / section / sct etc.

i grievously hurted my wifes father.its look like gone for conviction.only this is a good ground for divorce by my wife?
