I had been asked to go for a special mediation as my husband did not appear for mediation in the High Court. I had sought for conjugal rights and my husband has sought for divorce. Lower Court had ordered for restitution of conjugal rights. But my husband prefered an appeal. During the High Court proceedings, mediation was ordered. My husband did not appear the first time and in the second time he had given a written submission stating that he do not believe in mediation and he did not appear. So the case went back to the court for listing. When the next hearing came, the appellant, my husband was in the court. I was not aware of that hearing. During the course of hearing, the judges had ordered for a special mediation by a special counsel. It was ordered that no relatives should accompany the parties. So on the appointed date at the appointed time I was present. The mediator first had a separate meeting with my husband for an hour and after that he called me. When I went, to my surprise, I was taken aback. Right from the beginning of the meeting he started harassing me based on the allegations made by my husband to him. When I start to reply to the allegations, he is neither listening nor allowing me to speak. Whatever I reply, he was mocking at me cruelly and he told me that I am not fit to live and he told a number of times to get out. I told him, I had come from a distant place to attend the meeting and that you are not allowing me to speak nor listening to the reply made by me for your allegations against me. Thus ended the session. This has caused greater injury than my previous injury. What is the recourse I have? I dont believe he has done the job of mediator, rather he acted as an advocate of my husband. What should I do. I feel humiliated. Where should I complain about this?

Hello, I want to know if a person who is married and has his own family is accused of having a child before marriage, but there was legal document of the case being dismissed. Unfortunately, the document is lost and also someone does forge signature of the person during the child birth and also create a fake marriage certificate. They also claim to be a part of his family during NRC (because of which every other member of the family has to held up thier NRC work) what is the best thing to do?. Nobody is sure if the child is of that person or not but because of NRC problem they don't even have time for DNA test and case filing.. What is the best thing to do on present scenario?

Hi, One of my friend has recently married a Muslim guy under a special marriage act, who is already earlier married as per muslim shariah. However first wife left him 9 months ago, without giving divorce and was not ready to come even after being called. So he did second marriage. But now, when his first wife got to know about this she has filed 498a and a DV against him. My friend's only concern is will her marriage be considered legal or the first marriage will override the second and a criminal proceedings would be set on her and her husband. Please reply.

Wife has filed 498, maintaince 125and DV cases against me and my family.
All thease case till pending.
Now she filed Divorce and Execution under 125(3).
In DV case before SR she has managed court and arranged a interim order@4000/-
Once i hvae appeared on single notice i have seen that order. I hvae made a w/o and order modification application on same court and same magistrate. These objections has been accepted and court has fixed a date for hearing. After that wife has made her haziran on every date but her advocate not attending timely...so that hearing is still pending. Now she changed her advocate appoint new advocate who has started his duity with filed a Exec case, am have received a show cause notice that why i have not paid the interim payment.
Now my point is that :-
1) Is that interim order is valid as per law
2) Before issued a notice court can passed that interim order.
3)on same court can accept the order modification application.
4) what is best way to stay this show cause notice and interim payment till prove the violance has been done my myself against wife.
Kindly suggest and provide me any ref for my case which would be helpful on my case.

dear advocates, I am teaching professional. I married a girl in 2016. my marriage is an arranged marriage.she is an advocate.she lived with me only 2 days.on the wedding night, she told that she was not interested to marry me. she decided to marry due to her parent's compulsion.I said that"why you tell all these reasons in the first night. if you were not interested in marriage why don't tell earlier". she simply replied " very sorry to spoil your life".so I don't want to disturb her.I tried to convince her.she apologized to spoil my life.Her parents also convinced. But she not willing to live with me.
First, she promised to my advt.that she will give divorce without issues within a year.she (petitioner) filed a case and said that she will give a divorce with null and voidable. She also gave customary divorce. but she cheated, she did not present every hearing. after 5 hearings that case was disputed.My advt.enquired about the reason for not appear in court. she said that if you want a divorce, you may file a case. In meanwhile, she married another person and she has a child also.Now, we filed a case against HMA 13(1)(ia) section.I am petitioner and her respondent. I attended every hearing. after 5 hearings, we got the ex-parte judgment.
next month, I will appear ex-parte evidence before the judge.�
my question is :
1)what will happen on that day?
2) I am having a photo of that girl who currently marries and lives with him. may I submit photographic evidence against her?�
3) I want to teach lesson against her.. she spoiled my 2 years of life.�
4) Is Customary divorce is valid? some said that it is invalid, some said that it is valid. in my case, the girl is an advocate, we agreed customary divorce in front of my advocate.
5)May I Publish Judgement copy or order through PUBLIC NOTICE in Leading Newspaper?

Can anyone please help & let me knoe , what should I do if the Bank is delaying the process of Giving my mom & me my dads money ? We have the Successor Certificate ,we showed that to our bank but from 6weeks my dad"s bank is telling me that its beeing verified by the banks lawer, Does it usually takes this long ??

Please advise whether an execution petition be filed in the family court if the appeal in the high court is pending but the stay has been vacated. The family court granted custody to me against which an appeal was preferred by the opposite party. During admission of appeal stay was granted against the operation and effect of the family court order, which was later vacated. My question is:
Whether an execution petition be filed during the pendancy of the appeal in the high court and the court concerned shall execute its order in this circumstances.

Father belongs to general category (his dad, grand dad, great grand dad, mom, all were general merit) is Christian (Protestant) (7th day Adventist) his wife, who is mother (her dad, grand dad, great grand dad, mom, all were scheduled caste Christians SC)of his child (daughter). They have been married for past 18 years. And Mother is also Christian but is Scheduled Caste (SC). What caste will the daughter be? Till now the daughter in 10th marks cards and PUC marks cards is belonging to general category.
Can the general category be changed to Scheduled Caste (SC)category legally? To avail benefit of SC quota in getting age relaxation, government job etc?
If it can be done, how to get it done?
Where to start doing all this?
If there is no legal way to be done, how can this be done illegally? Can this be managed?
All this being asked here to get job.

i married on 15/12/2010 and my wife left my home on 31st august 2011 it was only 9 month of marriage period after that she left my home and sent notice through her lawer to me and threat me demanding so many things , i replied through by lawyer & asking her take back all allegation and come back home . then in 2013 she filed domestic violence case on me and starting harassing me. after that she filed RESTITUTION case in 2014 .I filled divorce case in 2015 divorce case is on HOLD because of this cases.
I got judgment from my domestic violence case Year (2013) now in march 2018 that I need to pay 7000 Rent and 50000 one time settlement 5000 Rs Court fees. My wife is Software engineer getting 40000 Rs salary (in hand salary 30150/-) in Mumbai. Restitution case is going on since 2014 her cross one half is done and now giving false medical certificate and avoid to come on date in kalyan district court.
after this domestic violence verdict i will get favor in restitution case? or RESTITUTION case is automatically dismiss?

I want to marry Muslim girl, but they insist I need to convert to Muslim legally for marriage.
