Dear Sir,
My Sister got married in april 2017 . her husband was working in company as Hr Mgr. at Greater noida , basically he is from Aligarh (U.P) and his mother , father and brother is at aligarh , he promised us that he has taken a flat in ghaziabad , he also show us his flat , three other person are also witness of this, we got convinced and fixed the wedding by taking promise from him that My sister will not live in Village . He demand us for Car and Jwellery etc.we fulfil his every wish that he demanded to us .
after marriage one and two month was fine . but as the time spent he and his family started torture my sister . many time he slapped her . and give her threaten that he will not move to ghaziabad. she bear this . but when we force him he taken a room on rent in ghaziabad . and living there with his brother and my sister. Whenever we asked him about his flat he said that there is some work are pending in flat and will complete in one or two month. but after that we come to know that he has not taken any flat and he fraud with us.
last week he said to my sister that they will reside in village for permanent. on this when my sister denied him then he beaten her . and sister called us and we reached there with the other relative and also tell the society people that whats going on here, after that we bring her in our house . sister's husband told us that his father will discuss on it. after many efforts from our side we decide to called a meeting with both side relative.
Here I want to ask you that if this Meeting failed then what type of legal action we should take . is this matter come under 498A .if the police does not listen us then what we should do.
Please guide Me...

respected sirs, I have one question regarding relationship problem. but that problem was solved. and they were realised that not to marry with like that realtives.
sorry for asking question in telugu. because I don't know ask this question properly in English. Question: oka person vaalla amma yokka sister pillalu, aaa person ki sister or brother authaarani ekkada raasi undi.. i mean ekkadaina alaa raasi unda edaina government accepted book lo.

Hi Sir,
I get married with my cousin(daughter of My fathers younger sister ) on August 2104 after two months means in October I realized that she and my younger brother were in illegal relationship and I caught them on bed from that day onwards we were away from each other(this is 4th year). Both the families were met together and discussed and they requested me to accept her mistake as I was badly cheated by my own people I refused to live with her any more then they were decided and asked me to give the dowry back to them in 2017 October I too agreed for that but at that time my financial position was not good and I am unable to pay for them now I called them for settlement asked them to take money but they are asking to live with her again and refused to take money. But I cant leave with her as she is a cheater and I cant trust her anymore.. I want to take divorce legally from her please suggest me or provide me solution and the way of approach..

Wife of my client has left the matrimonial house along with the daughter, and went to her parents' house. The matrimonial house is in Saket Court (Delhi) jurisdiction. The wife's parents' house is in Rohini Court (Delhi) jurisdiction. Other facts are:
1. Daughter is above 5 years old, and till now has been living with the father and mother in wife's matrimonial home
2. Wife moved out of the matrimonial home about two months back after over 10 years of marriage.
3. The Wife has filed a divorce petition in Rohini court.
My client wants to file a case under section 25 of GWA for child custody.
Can he file the said case in Saket Court? As per my interpretation the child has been ordinarily residing in the Saket jurisdiction as that is where the child spent all her life uptil recently when the mother took the child to the Rohini jurisdiction. Are there any recent judgements of SC/HCs in this regard.

Hello i have to ask something my father is married with my mom in 1979 and my mom is first wife of my father but my father have affair with another lady also we are onr brother and sister in 2001 my father married to that second lady in without gave divorce to my mom which we dont know we thought she is living just like that with my father in another house but know in 2017 my father is died in december and after that that second lady starting greedyness and asking for the legal rights in property she is asking to share in property and giving trouble to us pls suggest anynone is she have rights we dont know b4 that she is married to my father but know she is telling to everyone that we got married i have photos and certificates but how it is possible that she is married with my father if my mom not gave a divorce to.my father in whole life she is giving so much trouble to us she dont have any cgild pls give any suggestion anybone pls

When they coming my brother house.. fight my wife and me..
I am working out station..
My family security get dangers my mother..
All telling mother is God..do not tell this think..

Wife filled 498a,125 and 12dv act cases against me. I am on bail in 498a. Should I go for speedy trail or I should go on with the general trial? I have RCR in my favour(twice expatre)?
Please advise what to do next?

Wife filled 498a, 125, section 12DV act. I filled RCR and got ex parte order against her, it has been more than 4-5 months.
1.Can I now file section 13 or I should go for execution of RCR. I am fed up with my wife and her false allegations.
2.Someone suggested attaching the wife's property ? I didn't get that? What is it?
3.Also can decree of RCR help me in any type of others pending cases.Please suggest.thanks!

A testament to protect property
My elder brother has three daughters .All are educated ,married and settled.All want to dispose of immovable properties and invest money in some other plans but my brother wants them to use it as agricultural purposes therefore he decided to write a registered testament declaring that all daughters can use land for livelihood no one can sell it .sir,if there exist any rule in court of law through which he could protect his property after his demise .Thanking you .
