125 CRPC

Can Judge of family court deny to accept video recording in which wife's proof of employment is recorded that she is running a beauty parlor and earning 8to 10K.

I have submited reply and judge fixed case for argument.

Will judge not ask her to prove whatever she has stated in her petition. Or will judge not ask me to prove whatever I have stated in my reply.

When I can show that video in the court. Is it lawfull that without any proof judge will fix date for argument.

If argument happens without any proof, can judge pass order for maintenence,

What is the remeady for the same

Kindly reply ASAP.
thanks

Will to be probated.

Dear Sirs/Madams,
I have a clarification regarding a will to be probated within metro city limits. In a Joint family a Sister bequeaths her property in favour of brother in the year 1982, subsequently, she dies. Further the brother the beneficary also dies on 1984, without probating the said will. At present who is the owner and what law tells about the will not probated.

Thanking you

Yours faithfully,

H.Vijayakumar

Open adoption - NRI category

My wife and myself (Hindus) are living in China for the past 1 year and technically NRIs now. We are planning an open adoption and will be having the adoption deed registered with the registrar. Is there any further requirement like getting a "guardian order" or a court order for us to apply for a passport for the baby in India OR a visa to China ?
