what can I do?

(Querist) 21 September 2010 This query is : Resolved
Hello,

I’m Anil Chaudhary Software Engineer 21 year old Hindu Jat. I love a girl. She is 24 year old but she is not jat. But our families believe in caste so we know that our parents will not allow to our marriage. I can’t think my life without her.

So could you please suggest me?

What should I do?
And what can I do?

you make marriage and registerd it.

First option: why you are in so hurry. you are just 21. are your family or her family forcing for marriage. if not than give yourself and herself some more time and meanwhile convince your family.

Second option: you can also get married in a court. take help of some local advocate

Actually I need more time but I haven’t time because her family is going to U.S.A. on January forever.

Legally you both can marry. But again I would say try to convince your family.

If you wish both of you can get married and registered either under the Hindu Marriage Act or under Special Marriage Act.
If you have no time then how could we help you?
