hi,
i have got divorce and 6 yrs old child stays with me , the mother. He has got visiting rights but child does not want to meet or talk to him as he is of bad nature and behaviour. Child has seen all torture faced by me when staying together and hence not happy to meet him. Now i have got married and we both are staying with happily.
But my ex husband is trying to follow us by giving blank calls, sending messages and presurising me by saying that he will come to my new house to meet the child.
I and my child are very happy with our life and do not want his interference in our life. What should i do? I am really fed up now. Pls help.

A Muslim lady married a widower. The widower had a grown up son by his first wife. Five years later the husband died suddenly. Can the Muslim lady file a petition under Domestic Violence Act against the step-son? Does the relationship between the lady and the step-son fall in the definition of "consanguinity"?They are not living together. The lady lives on the ground floor of the structure whereas the step-son lives on the upper floor just above where the lady lives. Can they be called living in the shared household? Will be obliged for expert advice.

Hi Experts,
I need ur advice,i filed petition u/s 13B HMA,Ist statement was over & case is pending for 2nd statement on 11 october 2010.Parties reconcilate their matter & not willing to take divorce Now they are leading happy married life.Plz advice me,on 11 October 2010,i need to file application for withdrawl of case or simply will give 2nd statemnt that parties not want divorce or any other application .kindly advice me & give me formet of application of withdraw of petition u/s 13 B.

One lady has filed suit under domestic violence against her father &motherin law and causin brother in law fabricating false allegations,
Is it wise to go for defamation case.

my husband abuse me thru mentally, for last many years. now he is sending mails to our all relatives....
mentioning different reasons... he is saying i am writing this mails so in court i can prove all these. against u...
in mail he says if any thing goes wrong is due to my family members. our elders has done may meeting but he is not understanding. daily he writes mails to all our relatives. ..what shall i do for this.

Sir again my question is brother married in May'2009, he was residing seperately from parents just after 3 months with her wife, due to ???? she again left the house & since last 6 months his wife residing with thie parents, and file the case in crpc 125, and other D.V.voilance i.e.section 12,18,20,21 & 22, even she was residing seperately but she also mention my parents name,
sir my question is
i ] if she is residing seperately then
how she can mention parents name

money and not ready to came back
iii] how much period is required to file

Hi,
I need assistance in divorce case in mumbai. Can anyone help me.
I have already appointed a lawyer from mumbai but somehow i am not confident of that lawyer.
My husband lawyer is very smart and he has filed for RCR, even though he doesnt want me back neither i wanna go back.
He has started collecting evidence against me to prove that i am adultress.
