MY WIFE IS WORKING AND FILED COMPLAINT AGAINST ME(506A).SHE DOESN'T WANT TO STAY WITH ME.WE HAVE A SON.LIVING WITH HER.
WE ARE STAYING SEPARATELY. AFTER HOW LONG I CAN APPLY FOR DIVORCE?.

1ST I WOULD LIKE TO WISH YOU A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011 OF ALL THE MEMBER OF THIS LAWYER CLUB.
MY QUERRY IS MY BROTHER IS GOT MARRIED LAST YEAR BUT UNFORTUANLY DUE TO MIS-UNDERSTAING BETWEEN MY BROTHER AND HIS WIFE. HIS WIFE STAING WITH HIS PARENT SHE SINCE LAST 7 MONTHS SHE DOES NOT WANTED TO STAY WITH MY BROTHER AND SHE WANTED TO DOVERCE.
BUT PROBLEM IS SHE SAYS SHE WANTS RS 10 LAC IF MY BORHTHER DOES NOT GIVE THIS MONEY SHE SAYS SHE WILL FILE FALLS CASE LIKE DEMANDING DOWERY. DOMESTIC VOILIANCE.ETC AND MY BORTHER DOES NOT WANTS TO GIVE DOVERCE TO HER BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE MONEY. HERE I WOULD LIKE TO MENTIONED HONESTELY WE ARE MEANS ARE FAMILY HAS GREAT RESPECT IN THE SOCIATY AND WE ARE NOT DEMANDING ANYTHING.
BUT SHE IS THRETING US SHE WILL FILE CASE FALLS DOWARY AND DOMESTING VOILANCE AGAINST ALL OF US PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO IN THIS CIRMUSTANCE.

Hi,
I need suggestions from you guys on a family dispute matter. I am describing the present situation and please advise me what should be my next steps and how I can save my married life.
I am a Hindu Brahmin boy married to a hindu brahmin girl 5 yrs back. It was an arranged marriage and both our families gave us enough opportunity to know each other before the marriage. I am a software professional and my wife too is a software professional. I am presently posted at Kolkata and she @ Hyderabad. After our marriage we stayed together at Delhi for nearly 1.5 years then she relocated to Bhubaneswar as that was our home state and I relocated Kolkata as was not able to find a suitable job. During her stay at Bhubaneswar I was joining her on every weekend till Mar-10. After that she got transferred to Hyderabad and I went to Singapore on some official assignment. I am now back in India and also my company is willing to transfer me hyd but when I discussed with her she is not willing to continue our relationship under the ground saying she is not satisfied as I always barred her from talking with some of his unscrupulous friends. She is now claiming I doubted her character. The friend I am referring is a guy with whom she had relationship during her college days. The guy has brainwashed her in such a way that she is not willing to listen anything. At present none of the 2 families or me is in favor of separation. She is insisting on me signing the divorce paper for mutual consent but I am not in favor of separation. She is planning to file the papers in the Hyderabad court but it would be difficult for us to go and attend the case including for her family members. Please suggest me for the following queries related to this matter.
1. How I can save my family life as she is not willing to listen to any one including her family members.
2. What step I can take to prevent that guy from being in touch with my wife legally.
3.What are the possible grounds she can file for a divorce individually as mutual situation will not arise.
4.If she files the case in Hyderabad how I can transfer the cases to the Family court of our districts in Orissa. We share the same district family court as we belong to the same dist as native and also married at the same location.
Any help or advice in this regard id highly appreciated. I want to save my family life and your suggestions in this regard will help me achieving my goal.

I got married to NRI doctor 2 years back and within three months of marriage he filed for divorce.I agreed to divorce by mutual consent.However divorce was granted within six months in district court on grounds of desertion.No attempt has been made to call the boy from abroad.Divorce papers were signed by my father in law as attorney.Can i go to high court and make an appeal that boy should be called from abroad.It may be noted that 3 months have passed since judgement.Please advice as i am not at all happy with this judgement.

I am sanjay. I want to know one point, I want to sell the inheritant property.There are four claimants and there is no will. What will be the procedure for sale of that property? Whether I need the sucession certificate in case of sale? It is humbly requested to advise and send the propforma of sucession certificate.

I am married . we are unable to live together. but my wife is not ready for divorce. i am in different city. so i am planning to live with a woman. Is there any problem ?...What are the things i need to follow?...if my wife come to know about "living with other" relationship problem, what will happen?.
When we live together , if some one asks about my partner, what should i tell?...
What are the things i need to take care?...
Please advice me...so that i can avoid problem in future.

My friend got married in 1998 have daughter 10 yrs old and one son 5 yrs old. He is having massive fight with his wife since 1999 i.e. 1 yr after marriage. They signed divorce deed in year 2002. Having continues fight after marriage due to his in laws involvement in his marriage life. They want that my friend get separated from his Parents which my friend denied and fight started between them. Few fake FIR already lodge by his wife and his father in law. Last 4 years they are not staying together. My friend got job in Mumbai and last 4 yrs he is not having any relationship with his wife and his wife is not staying with him. My friends wife is not ready to give divorce and asking huge ransom as an compensation out of the court. and not ready to give divorce. In fact she is asking to reunion and want to go for marriage rights. pls suggest.

I stay at a village sirpur near pune. I have been tortured by my husband. He drinks alcohol and beats me frequently. I want to file a petition for divorce. Can i file d same with Family Court of Pune or the district court has the jurisdiction. I have lived near Pune before marriage. also please suggest some advocate who i can consult.

my husband and me have too much cultural differeces .he has too much of ego as a male. he is also very suspicious by nature. i have suffered a lot of domestic violence. even then i tried to make the relation work. we had a big fight ,later he deserted me .
