I would highly appriciate if someone provide me "Haryana amended Compulsory Registration of Marriages Rules 2008"
I am residing in Delhi with my husband.My marriage was solemnised at Hisar (Haryana)I want to got register my marriage at Hisar,is it possible,kindly explain me jurisdiction for registration of marriages in Haryana.Regards

Please have look on strong and weak grounds on this case ...
Strong:
1) I have all strongest grounds as I have not done anythings wrong except we made a fight on the morning on my smoking habit and both of us kept in separate room.The accident happened on noon.
2)Postmortem report said suicide by hang.No others hit mark found.
3) My parents were not staying with me.They are staying on my native place.
4) Even 1 day before my in laws made FIR my neighbor handed me over to police as my in laws home is one night stand from my staying home.Exactly next day of accident they made FIR and we got arrested.
5) Even in FIR/charge sheet it is written my parents were not staying with me.
6) My in laws tried to highlight (as per FIR and charge sheet) that I asked for 100000 to purchase a new flat.But real fact is that I already booked one flat few day back form the accident day and made some payment through cheque.As per my bank statement I have sufficient balance on the accident day.
7)In FIR they have written that they have given my a lot things on dowry.Real fact is that I am strongly against the dowry still now and I have not taken not a single things from them.After the marriage I have purchased lot of the house appliances from my own and have all receipts.
Weak:
1) While she made suicide I was present in the house but in separate room.
2) No suicide not found.
3) No diseases with my spouse others than the short temper.We where absolutely happy family if we ignore just few hours.
on the above main points can I go for quashing to HC and what is the right time for quashing? Please advice.

court have awarded 4000/- as interim maintaniance. 7 executions of Rs. 2.84,000. the main maintainance petition is D.E. stage. Can i filed my ATM's statement which shows my salary as my employer does not issue salary slip. will it benefit me as my total salary is 5900/- P.M. my lawer's says it wont effect the final order as the interim 4000/- has been fixed. and in final order the maintainance amount wii enhanced. advice me should i to go to with my lawyer or i submit my ATM's statement.

Sir,
I have inherited 2/3rd share of my mother's property after filing partition suit and my sister inherited 1/3rd shareby meets and bound. During the pendency of partition suit my sister constructed RCC house to which I approached court for status quo order. Court gave me status quo order where my sister did not present herself to vacate the status quo order. The main partition suit came for final hearing and judgement was delivered.
Now the question is
1) Whether the construction of house by my sister is valid ?
2) By her illegal and unauthorised construction can I be able to claim my 2/3rd share in the property ?
3) To claim my share should I have to pay any compensation ?
4) What will be consequences by such construction ?
Please give your advise.

Myself , married in july 2010.
My mother in law has thrown me out of her house within a month of our marriage, my husband didn't help me at all, my MIL completely controls him and my husband is scared of his mother, and my MIL doesn't want me back, from the last 5 months iam trying hard to save my marriage, tried counselling, sent messages, phone calls emails, but no response. my MIl is forcing my husband to file for divorce and get seperated from me, she keeps saying him the same, i got to know this from my husband's relatives. My MIL is not ready to listen to any relative , she is adament to break this marriage. My MIL has harassed me alot, and i think she wants dowry but she is not saying directly on my face, moreover she curses me whole day that her son is handsome and she did a mistake that she choose me.
Atlast i had to file a maintenance case under 125 crpc. Summons were issued, my husband accepted the summons, and when police went to their house with summons, my husband and inlaws told them that they will appear in court and they don't have any problem in accepting me back. And they had signed the summon papers and gave the summon copy to police. Then on the following date of hearing , my husband & inlaws didn't came, they were absent. Altough their home was locked, and they had told their neighbours that they are going for a case hearing. Before that he had escaped from accepting the summons, by tricks, and due to this my case dates extend, and i keep going to court . 2 hearings havebeen passed. But now i think they are cheating & fooling me. From last 5 months iam trying so hard to save my marriage but now i feel these people are just cheating me, iam shattered . They just don't want to come to my place in court or accept me back, and now after all this i cannot stand my MIL, because she is a threat to my marriage. They are inlficting nasty alligations, iam getting disgusting calls on my landline, from pco's abusing and all.
Now i want to file a PWDVA & i also want to register F.I.R, for F.I.R i have ample proofs, and consent from police station ( From city- where my husband resides) in written that i should file FIR against my husband. Because i know he will continue to make me fool and won't appear for PWDVA summons also, as they are constantly cheating me. So i will file FIR, Now i want to ask what happens after Filing FIR, can my husband still escape himeslf from appearing in court even if i file an FIR ???
He will be arrested or not ??? please tell me

Now my son is coming to India along with his wife and children.The cruel parents of my daughter in law are read to separate them on road itself by taking her along with child to thie native place inpsite of heath emergency of my son who shall be admitted in hospital immediately for surgery on the same day.
My heart is burning ! We are going to file this petition in FC immediately.
Please suggest any corrections if any

PETITION IN THE FAMILY COURT
Dear Sir,
I xxxxxxxxxx s/o yyyyyyyyy aged 34 am non-resident Indian citizen. I am working as zzzzzzzzzz in Thailand since the past five years. I am married to wwwwwww on 22 February, 2007 at my native place xxxxxxxx, Andhra Pradesh, India under Hindu marriage customs.
Immediately after marriage, my wife joined me on spouse VISA. We were blessed with a son . All of us are staying in Thailand with lawful visa and work Permit and visiting India occasionally.
My mother in law smt. xxxxxxxxx (mother of my wife) is residing in U.S.A as US Citizen. She has applied for visa to my wife under married daughter (F3) category. For the past one year my wife has been demanding me to resign my job and both of us should go to U.S.A., to her mother residence and live there as her dependants.
I refused to go to USA as I have no job prospects there. I wish my son should study and brought up in India with our culture and heritage instead of radio collar bondage on the legs of Indian Students in America. I have studied PhD in India with the support of my parents and now highly placed in my profession with immense job satisfaction. My career is bright in Thailand which is famous for my expertise.
But my wife has been threatening me that if I refused to go to USA along with her she will make an attempt to commit suicide and also give false complaint to Police against me at Thailand and my parents at my native place in India and see that we are imprisoned for no fault of us.
Recently I underwent an operation for xxxxxxx in our company Hospital at Thailand. But the operation was not successful. I have to undergo repeat surgery as advised by Doctors in our Hospital. This time I want to undergo repeat surgery under the care of my parents and family doctors in India.
But my wife is refused to allow/accompany me to go to India and threatening me to commit suicide if I went to India. The doctors advised me to undergo surgery as early as possible, otherwise it may prove fatal.
My wife is also threatening me not to talk to my parents or to visit them and threatening me to implicate my parents also in domestic violence cases if I ever talk to my parents.
For the past few days my wife’s demands have become more and more aggressive and she is creating unbearable atmosphere in the house. She is not even allowing me to attend my office and upsetting my mental equilibrium.
I am mortally afraid of my wife’s wild behavior. I am also afraid for the safety of my son who is just 3 years old. I feel no longer safe to live with my wife in our house at Thailand.
Due to health emergency under inevitable conditions I am compelled to leave for India after obtaining necessary leave from my employer at Thailand.
Under these tense circumstances after repeated requests and conciliatory measures somehow I have managed to come to India along with my wife and son on 4th February 2011.
Again my wife refused to accompany me to my residence at xxxxxxx and left me on road as soon as we step down from bus in xxxxxxx and went along with her father and relatives waiting for her and left to her native place Razole. She has taken my son also along with her on 5th February 2011.
Afterwards I have admitted in Indian Hospital for surgery under the care and supervision of my parents on the same day.
Now I request Hon’ble Court to issue suitable direction to my wife to join me along with my son to live peaceful married life without above said harassments and wild desires to stoop down to her feet at the cost of my future and profession. In the event of my wife refusal to join me I may be given divorce as last resort.
She is in hurry to leave for US along with my child and it will be impossible to bring her back and my child’s future will be in quagmire as our Indian laws cannot be enforced in US once she become US citizen. Therefore I also request Hon’ble court to impound her Pass Port not to leave the Indian soil till the Hon’ble court decides justice and pass appropriate decree in my case.
I request you to kindly provide protection for me and my son and my parents in India and allow me to lead tension free and respectful life in the society.

Can husband claim back gift property?
Got married under Hindu marriage Act.
My husband gave me gift property in 2008, there is no written agreement that it was a gift. We had a domestic violence dispute in 2010. Now my husband is claiming in the court that I falsely got the property on my name. He is saying that he bought the property in 2008 and he was not aware the property did not get registered in his name ( as he was out of country when property got registered, he paid for it through a draft in his name ) but in the wife's name. He is saying he only found out that the property was not registered in his name last month, he is lying as he was aware that the property was registered in my name, it has been 3 years since the property got registered. Can he claim back the gift property using this argument? how do I prove he is lying, is the fact that property has been registered for 3 years enough to prove his lie?
