I'm contesting Annulment/Divorce petition filed by wife on my impotency as main ground just one month after marriage. I've also filed RCR and filed counter just denying all allegations. Counselling failed, and in her evidence session, which is going on, she somehow submitted virginity test report. Now,ater two years, rcr has been posted for lok-adalat and divorce for settlement. After all these developments I don't want to continue this relation but just want to negate her impotency allegation in court by medical checkup. In this context, please help me to clear the given below doubts.
a) Anything wrong, if I refuse to go for impotency test without order from court on application for the same from her side?
b) Does submitting virginity test result on her own, gives her right to force me to go for impotency test on my own?
c) If impotency test result favours me, can she change her stand and be ready to come back? If yes, how should I move to get divorce in such a situation?

In August 2010, my wife went to live with her mother for sixth or seventh time in twelve years of married life.
After one week, I went with my parents and relatives to her mother and brought back my wife and 10 years old daughter.
I came to know that in that one week, one of my SAALI (sister in law) took my wife to an NGO and gave written complaint against me .
I had said sorry to all in house of my mother in law when I went to take my wife and daughter back.
But, seven months have passed. Three councelling sessions have been done at NGO office FOR me and my wife . Last session was before DIWALI in 2010.
They are sympathetic towards me and angry by attitude of my wife ( MY WIFE HAS SIX SISTERS AND THREE BROTHERS).ALL OF THEM INTERFERE IN MY MARRIED LIFE BUT DO NOT ADMIT IT but it is an open fact to whole society.
On first councelling session in NGO, Me and my parents signed on the draft paper made by NGO, but my saali ordered my wife not to sign.
My wife did not sign saying her once divorced, now secondly married DIDI has read draft agreement . It says husband will not do this and wife won't do that in future.
She concluded that signing that paper will mean that in past she was doing those wrong things.
Case is still open before NGO for domestic violence.
NGO staff appreciates me on each councelling session for not beating my wife.
Then they start giving lecture to my wife for one or two hours. They have told me that if I tell minus points of my wife, dispute will increase. So they ask me to sit silently and make my wife feel ashamed by giving lot of lectures. My wife does not like them any more and does not dare to contact them anymore.
BUT THE CASE IS STILL OPEN IN NGO.
They did not give any complaint copy or any paper, just said that when dispute will be finished, they will give every thing to us which will make us feel ashamed.
For how much time can the case be kept open by NGO ? They are of opinion that husband is like female nature and wife is like male nature .
consent w.s.
please suggest me,
petition u/s 13 for divorce is filed by wife and husbond is ready for divorce, and both have mutually decided to take divorce then how consent written statment from husbond in the petition u/s 13 is filed and what is format?
