Adoption of sister's child- Christian

Hi,
My husband and I would like to adopt/become legal gaurdian of my nephew.
His parents are going through a divorce and both of them do not have capacity financially to take care of the child.
My sister works in a school and looks after my sick mother while her husband has lost his job and is an alcoholic.
My nephew 7 years old has been staying with us for over a year now. My husband has quit his job to take care of our home. We dont have children of our own.
I have a great job and travel quite a bit, am unable to take my nephew abroad or get benefits for him that my company provides while abroad like education as he is legally not mine.
I would like him to have the best of the worlds and be one as a family.
My husband and I are 38 years old.
Requesting advice. Thank you

If a person working in UAE has arrest warrant in India on a family case. But his address is unknown in India (not aware), so the court is unable to trace him. so the execution is pending since last 4 years. What can be done. I have his mobile number of UAE and he is active in Facebook, is there a way I can find him as court is asking to provide correct address to reach out the arrest warrant or arrest him directly. Can you please help?
