Hello. Me and my husband decided for the divorce on mutual consent. And the alimony amount decided is 8 lkh. But they decided to pay me 50% amount on the day we will write application on 100rs stamp paper and rest 50% will be deposited in the court after 20 days. But I will not be allowed to pick the rest 50% amount till the date decree is received. Is there not any legal way where I can recive the rest 50% on the day I file for 13(B). As this seems to be hinderance for me but not for my husband. Kindly help me

Dear Expert,
if someone file HMP 13(A) after 17 years of marriage life, husband not appointed any lawyer for case and today both are in court, and judge asked for lawyer of husband but husband told that he has no money to appoint any lawyer.
He is ready to go to Jail but he has no money to appoint lawyer and he is ready to take his wife go back to his home.
But he is very dangerous man continuously disturb her wife, wife is stay with her mother and father.
In this situation what is the future of case , pertains if he is not ready to appoint lawyer

1.how long does it take at an average for MNT125 final judgement to arrive..is there any way i can fast track court for my final judgement as i feel my wife is taking undue advantage of the law and would try to slow down the procedure as she know that the time of evidence and cross examination she will be caught red handed..
2. My lawyers approach sounds negative and as per him only way out of it for a man is to file for a divorce whereas a women has lot of options.

I had been married 3 yrs ago i.e.,2015.we had not kept family up to 10 months. after 10 months of our marriage we had kept saperate family in the house where my father in law holds title.on Nov 2017 I came to my father house for delivery.in June 2018 my father in law had shifted all the house hold assets in my house to his house without informing me and trying to give that house for rent.now they asking me to live with them in the combined family.i am not interested to live there because of the threats I got from my father in-law earlier.all the majority of assets are in the name of my father in law only.my husband has only nominal assets and nominal income.now I am alone with 6 months child.please help me in this regard.i want to know legal rights of me and my child

Wife asking society for details of flat owner and nominee
Dear Experts,
My DV/maintenance case is in court.
Also my wife has filled divorce case seperately. Yesterday our society secretory received a letter from my wife asking information about first owner,co owner/nominee etc. of flat I am living in under RTI act.Flat's first owner is my father and second name is of my mother.
My queries are,
1. Does CHSL comes under RTI act?
2. Why would have she asked the details?
3. Should I be worried about this?
