I had been married 3 yrs ago i.e.,2015.we had not kept family up to 10 months. after 10 months of our marriage we had kept saperate family in the house where my father in law holds title.on Nov 2017 I came to my father house for delivery.in June 2018 my father in law had shifted all the house hold assets in my house to his house without informing me and trying to give that house for rent.now they asking me to live with them in the combined family.i am not interested to live there because of the threats I got from my father in-law earlier.all the majority of assets are in the name of my father in law only.my husband has only nominal assets and nominal income.now I am alone with 6 months child.please help me in this regard.i want to know legal rights of me and my child

My wife filled false matrimonial cases (125 , DV and 498) against me and my family. PLease provide me some judgements of Uttrakhand High Court Nainital in which husband wins 125. My wife is Post Graduate MBA ( HR & Marketing) , she was doing job and presently too.

Dear Sir,
My wife filled false matrimonial cases against me and my family. In 125 maintenance case District Family court ordered for interim maintenance payment , which i am paying to my wife on regular basis from last year. I am going to file my ITR (Income tax Return) , there in which category (in Income Tax Return Form) i can show this interim maintenance payment which i am giving to my wife. Provide me any income tax section or rule number if any have . Please help me in this regard.

Respected expert client is from Chennai.
If possible read his story in his own word and suggest proper way how to proceed further.
" I am retired person having only pension as source of income. I am hearing impaired disable person i want to file my own case at Chennai family court? I have spine operation due to which i am unable to attain court proceeding personally? How can my statement recorded in court? POA holder or attorney from legal aid cell? who can help me?"
I would be grateful if expert give two words.

A Hindu married couple may not need to wait six months for a separation order in case of mutual consent and the marriage can be legally terminated in just a week as the Supreme Court on September 12, 2017, held that the "cooling off" period is not mandatory and can be waived off.
However it doesnt exists on ground level as the Mediation centre experts in High Court have different opinion and the Lawyers practising there too.
In my case both parties are ready for dissolving marriage, but Lawyers & mediation Centre says it wont be granted before the given date in Nov.But this is hindering my Job as my Company would be sending me abroad for long term and I wont be able to travel back(spending Lakhs of money on round trip to India) just for this Divorce proceeding after paying hefty amount of Streedhan in False Dowry case.Is there any possibility of granting divorce well in advance to Greedy bride or the Honourable Court also listens to plea of groom's side and can give later dates 3-4 months beyond decided date.
