Dear Experts,
Husband filed divorce under 13(1) cruelity basis. Respondent wife asked in written reply ready for divorce in liu of payment of xyz amount. Reconciliation failed and on next date for statement submission wife repeated same in court, that she is ready to accept divorce on payment of huge amount.
Judge ignored all demand and gave another date.
I want to know expert advice, is such demand is correct? Can some one "buy" diovrce? Also judge has taken note of it what will impact on whole case?
Please advice.

If the petitioner wife confesses before the Court and accepts that the certain allegations such as demanding dowry, mental & physical harassment, non-provision of food and showing blade were wrong and just to have divorce from the respondent and now we are taking divorce under mutual consent, than will court take any action against petitioner such as contempt of court, Perjury or any other action or the Court will just accept the confession and pass the decree?

Its Annulment petition filed by wife on ground of my impotency. Now, I filed application for my potency test by medical board. My advocate drafted the application which requests the court to direct the superintendent of medical college to constitute a medical panel of Gynaecologist, Urologist, Physician and Clinical Psychologist to examine my s*xual potency. I'm doubtful about the role of Gynaecologist in male potency test...Is it must to include Gynaecologist also? If anybody has already undergone such a medical test, please share your experience.... Which are the tests that I have to clear to get the report in my favour? Is semen analysis a part of impotency test?

I bought one property in 1990 in my name and money for the property was paid by my father.
In the year 2000 my father made one will in which he included the same property which was in my name stating that he has the right to will the same as he has paid money for the property and i also signed that will as a confirming party. My brother and mother also signed that will.
Later in the year 2007 we sold that property and i bought a new property in mine and my wife's name , some of the money for the new property was paid from selling the old property.
Later my father made another will for his left over assets and in this there was no mention of to any properties in my name.
Now my relationship with my father has worsened up bcoz of my brother due has a drinking problem.
So now my father is threatening me that he would claim the right on the new property in accordance with HUF.
I just wanted to know can my father do so??
If yes, what can i do to protect myself?

my parents gave 10 lakh to my husband when his mom and nana came to us to give their blessings as they demanded money to marry us in thier native place after that they kept on post poning the marriage at thier native place and we got married at my native place in arya samaj mandir.
now he has got married to someother girl at his native place n staying with her.
i have filled a case of bigamy kindly tell as i dont have any proof of the money given to him. that money was saved by mom by kitties and borrowd some from my uncle and aunt who has died.
after that i gave him 3 lakhs that also cash which he done plicy on him n bought 2 gold coins from his account and gave it to his mom.
kindly tell if court will believe it or not

Hi,
I stay in Mumbai with my wife and one kid for last 2 years. my father and mother resides in kolkata. recently my wife went to kolkata and there she has beaten my mother severely, without any provocation and ill treatment from my mother's end. such incident has happened earlier also. i warned her to stop cruelty on my family members. this time i have decided to file divorce. in turn my wife and her family members have threatened to file 498 against us.
whatever i said above is all truth and seeking immediate survival guide from you.

My share in my house is 50% but it i got only 25% now i just want to know that is there is any act or way so that the whole house is locked until case is finished until no one is allowed to enter in house

today i have filed a case uder 498,406,109,120. 420 as my husband got married to someone else and staying with her in chennai. i m in punjab so filed the.next date is 10/9. i want to know wat will happen now. is it going to take time as he may run to some other country.
If i lodge a complaint in police how it will help as some people has told me that as he in chennai and i would be very difficult to proceed.police will ask for money and i will have to go with them to chennai.
i also dont have money to spend on this crap.
till 8/8 he sent us some money but now as i have called at his company and he knows that i know abt his second wife he is abusing me and sendin text to provoke me to die.he knows my weknesses n he knows i m alone nad dont have any support kindly guide me to get justice

Sir,
1. I am an government servant and residing at Rajasthan, 34 yrs. age.
2. Married in 2004 with a girl in Maharashtra.
3. She filed the cases U/s 498-a,406, RCR- section-9, U/S 125, HAMA section-18 in June-2006.
4. U/s-125 Rs. 1500/- declared i am paying.
5. others are pending. section-18 is now near to complete.
what should i do, how can i give her divorce.
pl. help.

My wife file the 498a false case against me & after that I don't want she lived with me. I have proof (recoding in the mob.) to she has file false case. Can I file the CR P.C 227 & how much its fever me.
