Hi, am married and I have one baby girl.am staying with in-laws. My problem is my husband is not have any trust on me even though am very transparent with him in all . He knows my bank balance, my passwords etc but if I ask some thing he will not say any thing and says telling something to me is unsafe for him.
Not only my husband even my in-laws also will do the same. If there is any function/Pooja in home they won't say any thing to me. They will say that in the night or morning. They don't include me in any matters.
. My sister in law got. Married. She will get all information even though she stay with her husband but am staying in the same home but I don't have any information .
Is this the correct way in married life. It really hurt's me.
Is there any meaning to stay with them. Please help and suggest.

Status of the matter:

Wife filed "Evidence by way of Affidavit".
Examination-in-Chief was also conducted by husband's counsel.
Next husband has to file reply. The counsel says there is no system to file Reply/ Rejoinder by way of Affidavit by husband in lower court. He says the system is prevalent only in H/C and SC. Is it right?
I feel since wife filed evidence by way of affidavit, husband has also to reply by way of affidavit. Shall appreciate if experts give the procedure, please.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am residing in Pune and I am planning to get my marriage certificate done. In the due course of getting that I got to know that though my wife is not inclined to change her surname but owing to the location and the rules laid down by the Magistrate she has to change her surname. But, I do not want my wife to change it as there are a lot of hassles in changing the surname in all the legal documents like passport, aadhar card, etc.
Can anyone please provide a clarification on this and how can I have it the way I am asking for?

We are get married without informing to our families in a temple later we stayed in our homes, because we wanted to convince our parents and start our married life. No photo proofs are there, only two priests are there and two temple workers are evidence to our marriage. The priest given marriage certificate, chaultry booking receipt with his signature and he is ready to tell about our marriage in the court. Six months back her father expired and their family shifted to other town. After that I went to foreign but we both are in phone contact. Before we married, her family members not accepted our love so we decided to marry and married on 28th February 2017, but we didn't stayed together after our marriage, when I was in abroad one day she called and said she told about our marriage to her uncles then they told her to not to use phone and never contact me. After that I didn't get any call from my wife. I came to india and enquired about her with her friends, finally I called to her brothers but they didn't responded and they scolded me rudely. They given police complaint through my wife that I am giving torture to her family members. I went police station and explained everything but the police told it's women's case, you don't have evidence about it marriage don't spoil it life, give written letter that you won't contact any of her family members. I given written letter and came. As a husband, lover it's not possible to live without her so after 3 months again I contacted her brothers to spoke with my wife. But again they filed complaint on me. Now I am not getting what to do. I want to meet my wife, I want to live with her. As I guess, Her family members emotionally blackmailed her that they will die if she won't give complaint on me and also they might be readied her that she don't want to stay with me, So she given complaint and her uncles are politically very influenced person's. Is our marriage is valid or not? Can anyone suggest what should I do now?

1, i was buy a build home in Bihar where some part registered in my wife and some of my name.
2, One free hold land i was buy in my wife name and some of in son name (when i was buy this plot my son wa minor)
so, now they sold my property and buy a new property In Delhi (on power of atornny)
My question is , do i get my property back or the amount which is sold by them
do i get out my only one son from my both house or do i declaired my son from my property.

This Syed Ghouse, my wife not staying with me from past 5 Months, and iam having 1 kid 2.6 years, she register a complaint in Women's police, regarding Domistic Violence against me and my family Member's, after 2 months know she asking Kula through Qazi. Interim application rejected etc
Dear Advocates,
We had filed alimony petition for wife and child (permanent) and along with that we had filed a interim applicatoin citing change in circumstances asking court to award interim relief from the opposite party who were declared exparte already by the court due to non appearance of the opposite party. Now the alimony petitoin has been dismissed citing so and so reasons. In the order sheet there is no mention of the interim application which was submitted to the court. The Interim applicatoin was "rejected" without giving any reasons whatsoever. There is no mention of this interim application in the order sheet at all where we had asked interim relief for my sister and her child. We were following up the case on

Orders on IA.
but now the judge has dismissed the main petition seeking alimony and has gotten deleted the details which were entered onto the court website. The judge when he told that the interim application has been rejected, he did not give the interim application back to us. Can a judge get such details of a IA petitoin filed deleted from
the court website?
In this case what to do whom to complain?
