Ipc threating to life

Sir,
My wife filed a case under ipc 506 . I got bail . My wife is not willing to run a case . Also she is not ready to withdraw the case. She simply ignore it after filing.
How can i close this case without her presence.

The court has to decide to dismiss the criminal complaint if the prosecution fail to proceed the complainant case, however you can pray to the court for the same if your wife fails to pursue the matter.

Is it true that your WIFE has filed a case u/s 506 IPC against you and cognizance has been taken by police as well as Magistrate???

True sir,it is not hypothetical question. It has been a few years. my wife told that she withdraw the case after i got the bail. but recently i came to know she didnt .
Do i need to appear in the court to close the case( as my wife is not interested)? . Or a lawyer can take care of the proceeding?

Answering (and marking as Resolved) only because this is still not marked as Resolved.
Renga ji,
If the case is still ongoing, Court would have issued warrants to secure your appearance by 2018 itself. Since that did not seem to have happened from your posts, and also considering 506 IPC is a compoundable case, it is possible that she may have withdrawn her case against you.
I hope things have settled in this past two years since your posting here. Marking this as Resolved.
