Our family problem is as follows. My dad married my mom and had three children.2 sons and 1 daughter(me). Without the knowledge of my mother ,my dad had illegal relation with a lady and they had 2 sons after I was born. I'm the last child in my family n I hv two elder brothers. My dad register few property in tamilnadu with his name and along with the second lady name. Rest of the property are in the name of my dad. 3 years back my dad registers me a small house in our own village. Till now I'm paying the EB bill,tax n all.I'm married for last one year.now the illegal lady entering my village house n locked one of the took for her own purpose. If I ask her y u hv entering my home, she tells that she also hv full share in that property. That lady has two brothers who are advocates. With their support she is fighting with me and my family while we went to our village house. advocates entered my house n fight with us and it was a news. Even when we go to nearby police station . The SI is also in favour of those advocates. Due to which no justice's is guarantted for us.

Please urgently send me the judgements, regarding Domestic violece.
As perpetrators have presented a Judgment which says no maintainance required if common roof is not shared.
And our case is, that duplex flats stairs were removed deceitfully and two seperate units were made, and my mentally challenged sister was dumped abondoned and left to die on First floor by his real brother and sister in law, till I rescued her.
Another question is , can i submit more documents to the judge befre our next hearing, where judge is supposed to pronounce the ORDER. ????

I am asking on behalf of my friend.
My friend has filed divorce case, and the hearing for the maintenance is due on next month.
my friend is earning a salary of 12000-/ pm and his father was a govt employee , now he is reitred .
1) During the consuling session in the court and also at Mahila takrar kendra his wife has accepted the fact that she was working ,she is demanding 15000 pm and a residential property to reside . on what grounds maintenance will be decided , can the fact that she has accepted during consulling session that shae was working will be considered ,so that it can be proved she is able to work to maintain herself.
2) My firend is now living with her parents , earlier he used to saty on rented room with his wife . Can her wife calim the property which his parents own. The residential flat is in the name of his Father and his brother.
3) Can the New amendments in the marriage act can help my friends case to reduce the time taken.
4)My friend is not in such a financial condition that he can hire detetive to prove that his wife is working, . can any one plz help my friend as he depresed as he dose not have proof to prove that his wife is working

In Divorce Petition on behalf of wife, I have filed certain documents with claim affidavit. Husband did not admit any of them. Can I show it to husband in his cross examination? If he admits the same, can it be exhibited? Is it required that I should prove it independently by calling separate witness? Kindly advise.

Hi,
I am a Hindu & got arranged marriage.
If I opt for a DNA test of the newly born child & it proves that I am not the biological parent of the child. Shall I be eligible for the divorce in this ground? What does our Law say on such betrayal by wife? Is there any escape for the husband in such cases?
Please reply. Its a life & death question to me now.

Just 5 months after my wife left me. We got separated since last 10 months & completed 1.3 yrs to marriage.
Can she claim my fathers/ mothers property too (home / car / Moms jewellary)? I have one married sister too.
AS I have Flat on my name and my father is co-applicant and we are currently living in that flat. 10 lakh loan is on my Flat.
Now to protect this flat I have two options to my hand
1. sold this to my sister & her husbands Name (Full trust on them also my jija is from rich family) after saleing flat the loan will transfer on them. I will pay them the premium every month
2. Transfer my 50% share to my mothers I will be guranter to laon. I ask about bank that my mother has home on her name at my native place. I will handover thats home docs to bank till loan will be over.
your loan will be secure
Bank is agreeing for the same

from more than eight months my wife is not with me... we have love marriage after 6 years courtship period...moreover we ran away from our home and did registry marriage under special marriage act...now thing is i dont wanna divorce her...but my in laws r pressurising me to go & settle the matter through mcd & tat too by paying approx 10 lacs...yesterday & today also i got threat tat if i dont listen to them than so called womens favourite ipc sec 498 a with domestic violence are going to be lodged against me & my family...i got proof that her mom dad was against our marriage c did Police diary also against when we ran away from our home..i got all 700 emails in which its clearly wriiten that if i didnt marry her c will suicide...now plz suggest what safety measures should i take....

Cancellation of exhibition of an exhibited document.
In divorce petition, husband got exhibited one bank statement by getting it admitted in cross exam of wife saying that it is a single account in the name of wife. Wife saw her name and admitted it. Hence it was exhibited. However, the bank statement does contain the name of husband as joint account holder. Is it possible to apply to the court to cancel the exhibition of this document? If not what is the remedy that this document should not be read in evidence.
