RESPECTED PANEL,
PLEASE BE INFORMED, THAT THE 498-A CASE WAS FILED ON ME, MY BROTHERS AND MY 76 YRS OLD MOTHER BY MY WIFE IN THE MONTH OF APRIL-2012. AND WE HAVE BEEN SEPARATELY LIVING FOR 2 YEARS 9 MONTHS. THE IN-LAWS APPROACHED COURT AND FILED THE 498-A THROUGH COURT, AND I WAS DETAINED ON JUNE-21-2012 FOR 8 HOURS IN POLICE STATION AND RELEASED AS I AGREED TO PAY 15.5 LAKHS NEXT DAY BY DEMAND DRAFTS.
THE ADVOCATES FROM BOTH SIDES "COMRADES IN ARMS" FORCED ME TO GIVE THE DD'S FOR 15.5 LAKHS IN FRONT OF THE LOK ADALAT SECRETARY/ JUDGE ON JUNE-28-2012, WHICH I GAVE AND GOT ONE PRINTED PAPER WITH REVENUE STAMP SIGNED BY MY WIFE. PRIOR TO THIS ON JUNE-26-2012, LOK ADALAT JUDGE HANDLED THE 498-A CASE DIRECTED BY MUNISIFF COURT AND GAVE A DATE FOR CLOSING THE 498-A ON SEP-26-2012. AND MUTUAL CONSENT DIVORCE 2ND HEARING FOR DEC-28-2012.
NOW THE CASE NUMBER FOR 498-A IS 25/1 AS SAID BY THE CI OF THE 2 TOWN POLICE STATION KURNOOL-AP.
AND THE LOK ADALAT CASE NUMBER DIRECTED TO FAMILY COURT FOR FINAL HEARING IS CASE NUMBER-1364.
PLEASE TELL ME
1.WHERE FROM I CAN FIND THESE DETAILS IN THE INTERNET? WHICH WEBSITES?
2.WAS THIS UNWISE TO HAND OVER THE 15.5 LAKH DEMAND DRAFTS TO 2ND PARTY WITH A RECEIPT (VALID IN THE COURT AS CONFIRMED BY OTHER WELL WISHER ADVOCATES)BEFORE PASSING THE DIVORCE DEGREE?
3. HOW CAN I REINFORCE MY SITUATION TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM FUTURE ANOMALIES?
4. I HAVE VOICE RECORDINGS, AND GOT DOCUMENTS SCANNED- CAN THEY BE OF ANY USE?

I am 29 years old married male, resident of a small village of Rajasthan.Six years ago, my parents show me a girl and asked me how is she? I casually said she is good, without knowing that they are asking me this for marriage purpose.When I came to know this I refused to marry that girl and called her father and herself and told them that I don't want to marry. Still I had to get marry because of family pressure.
But after marriage also I never lived with my wife.We don't have any relation.We are not living together since we married. She says that she is here because of my property.But she is pretends to be an ideal daughter in law infront of my parents. She said that she will make me out of my own house and will live with my parents. And she is doing this only. I live in a rented flat in Jaipur and she lives with my parents.
Now I want to take divorce so that we both can move a head in our lives. But she is not ready.She wants to stay with my family forever. Also, my parents are not with me in this decision. Infact they say that she is their daughter and I am not their Son anymore.
But I want to get free from this relationship as its been 6 years and there is no point in being into this relation.Its just for name.
Is there any law which can help me out in taking divorce when my parents and my so called wife is not ready for it.
Please help me.

Hello Sir,
My sister wants the get her child back which she gave for adoption. She gave for one of our close relatives (uncle). She wants her son back as the adopted father is having an affair with another women and has a child with her as well. Kindly let us know if we can cancel our adoption pact and get her son back.

I am working in a software company. I got married on Sep 2009 and my wife is working in govt office and earning more than 20000/-per month. From date of my marriage I was living with my wife along with her parents. Whenever I asked my wife for separate residence she refused to come with me and her parents also not allowed for separate residence. She got delivered a baby boy on dec 2011.Again I asked for separate residence to my wife on Jan 2012 she refused to come. So I left from that house on Jan 2012.i have contacted multiple times over phone but she didn’t pickup. So I have sent register post to my wife for asking separate residence. But no reply from my wife hence I have filed the RCR on Jun 2012. After receiving RCR court letter she has filed 125 crpc cases. Now I brought new house which is near to her parent’s house for separate residence. I would like to know family court will issue the order for interim maintains.

A boy is newly married with his wife(a working girl)for just one year(NO CHILD).Ever since the marriage the girl frequently leaves the husband's place to go to her parent's place.It seems that the girl is not ready to give any space to her In Laws.It is gathered that the girl may approach Women Commission citing mental torture WHICH IS NOT A FACT. Whether the Women Commission can force the boy to live separately from his parents and live with his wife alone.The boy is not ready to live without his old parents who are dependent on him( BUT NOT ECONOMICALLY)

My wife filed cases against me and my family members u/s 498-a,406 pending, sec.125, Rs. 1500/- per month I am paying. U/s 18 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act which is pending, u/s 405,406 R/w Dowry prohibition Act- which was dismissed and U/s 9 of HMA for Restitution of conjugal Rights all cases were filed in June-July 2006 in Maharashtra. she has also filed sec. 24 in suit of Sec.-9 of HMA from 2006 but I received notice form court in March 2012 of Sec. 9 case. All are false cases. How can I prevent form maintenance to wife in sec. 24. pl. help me. and also provide good judgments related to matter. also suggest how can I find out about her qualification that I came to know that she get higher qualification and doing job.
Pl. help me urgently.

Dear Sir,
I belongs to Muslim family. We are 2 sisters. Both are married. My mother has expired 8 years back. My father is in central govt. job. Now he is re-marrying another woman. My query is that, he has many LIC and Fixed deposits having my name as nominee.He also has land property. After his marriage what will happen to all of his assets, property FDs,and LICs. He does not know anything about it. He is saying that , If he wishes to give the new woman the money then only she will get. How can she be the owner of everything.
Sir, I request you to Please clear this queries so that I can discuss with my father before his marriage.

Deserted in live in relationship
i have posted my query before tht got married in temple and had witnesses as well. love marriage did in pune but the person and his family cheated me. am from rajasthan and i went to police station in rajasthan but i was not able to and the boys family n the boy is forcing me to step back even his lawyer is forcing me to step back. they say temple married not valid nad his lawyer ask me to file compalain from pune but i have threat to life.am not in touch with the boy and the boy n his family stays in maharastra. i need urgent help from lawyer and dnt have enough funds right now. need help n justice urgently as am very depressed n tortured. please suggest me wht to do.i stayed with the boy for 2yrs as husband wife but other than witness dnt have any legal documents. please help me.
