Child Marriage & Bigamy

As per muslim law,Muslim men have right to do four marriage or have four wives & marriage between minor is an offence under Child restrain marriage act.But as per muslim law ,after attaining puberty,marriage can solmonize. My query is Muslim Law is not codified law & IPC & Child restrain marriage act are codified. Which law will previl Personal law or the law passed by Parliament .Please post your reply soon.

Withhelding report of ballistic by prosecution/effect

I am representing a gunshot murder case on behalf of accused,bullet which was removed from the body od deceased was sent to FSL for comparison with pistol of accused but prosecution closed its evidence without tendering any ballistic report/opinion,eye witnesses are supporting case of prosecution,kindly suggest me effect of non tendering/withheld report of FSL though bullet was sent for comparison,case is posted for tomorrow,kindly advice.Thanx . exhibit of document in cross-exam

If a advocate refer a document in a cross-exam than those document can be exhibited or not? If exhibited then under what provision of law.Is there any ruling of Supreme Court or High Court in this regard.
