Indian train drivers are denied time for food/ref/natural call.
is it a human right / fundamental right or is it guaranteed under any clause / legislation to allow time for meals / and time for natural call.
Indian Railway Loco Runningmen Organisation requests some experts to help us as we need advice and help. Train drivers in India are one living with most regressive and inhuman Hours of employment rules.
The copy of reply recd from Railway Board on time allowed for food etc is annexed here with
we have very limited financial resources, can we seek some legal advice and help.

In Dec 2011 some retired officers of Banks have been recruited as director,RSETI.In the add for the post as well as in appointment letters it was mentioned that-Remunation payable would be; last pay drawn while in service less basic pension or Rs 25000 which ever higher.But the bank after,one month of joining unilaterally ammended as: remunaration payable : last pay drawn less basic pension or Rs 30000 whichever less.As a result some directors are getting remunaration half of others due to such change in fixation.Some are getting 16000 while others 30000.Further TA facility is also not uniform for all the directors rather it is on the basis of post held by them while in service.Is it lawful?How a remedy?

Hi,
My name is SHEIK.NURUL HUDA as per SSC.
and in rest of my documents its written as SHAIK.NURUL HUDA.
in list of BC-E classes -it is spelled as -- shaik/ sheikh. now the question is that my name is written in SSC as SHEIK, does this term also come under BC-E class.?

Sir, police authorities is not giving permission for hunger strike. Why, for what reason and under which manual, that they don't reply, I mean they say they don't know. Sir, I want to know whether call to go on hunger strike is ill-legal? than how Shri Anna Hazzare went 12 day's hunger strike at Ramlila Maidan, New Delhi? if it was legal and permitted, why myself is not permitted? Sir, how to get permission to go on hunger strike for right cause/long pending issues with Management? What arguments to be done with police authorities?
Please guide me in the matter.

i have query.
One of my neighbour ( he has law degree, but not do practice (i am sure about it) )start writing his name as follow since last few days(in a big marbel stone with lights over it):
Name (his name)

supreme court of india
My query is :
1- Is it any Layer (may or may not register with "suprem court of india") able to use "suprem court of india " name in his number plate ?
2- Who authorised to use "supreme court of india" Text in his number plate ?
3- What legal actions are possible for using "supream court" false name in number plate ?
4- whats the procedure to complaint such type incident and where ?
I really appriciate if concern person answer out my query in details.

Writ petition.
I have been complaining to RBI regarding wrongdoings of some banks but the RBI is not responding properly.
Can I request High Court or Supreme Court thru Writ Petition to order the RBI to take action against the banks as per respective laws and regulations? How?
