Use of "supreme court of india" name over number plate

Hello,
i have query.
One of my neighbour ( he has law degree, but not do practice (i am sure about it) )start writing his name as follow since last few days(in a big marbel stone with lights over it):
Name (his name)
advocate
supreme court of india
My query is :
1- Is it any Layer (may or may not register with "suprem court of india") able to use "suprem court of india " name in his number plate ?
2- Who authorised to use "supreme court of india" Text in his number plate ?
3- What legal actions are possible for using "supream court" false name in number plate ?
4- whats the procedure to complaint such type incident and where ?
I really appriciate if concern person answer out my query in details.

if he is practising in supreme court he can write next to his name advocate supreme court .
if he is not practsiisng in supreme court then he should not do so .
if you are so aggrieved find out whether he is practising in supreme court

Why do you want to make complaint against him?
What is your grouse against him if he uses the words as practicing in Supreme Court of India?

Repeated query in different form. However, All the four of your questions are irrelevant unless you know with certainty that he is not an Advocate of Supreme Court of India.

let me answer out each gentlemen one query related to my question,
To Mr. Ajay Sethi:

Person is NOT doing practice, i am 100% sure about it.But he have law degree.

I Never said i want to make complaint against him (check out my posting), for information on being, just want to know, whats the procedure for such incident and whats the correct approach to point this type of issue.

Thats why i listed my query to confirm the situation. :) , for ANY lawyer ,who is registered with bar council of India, but not doing practice under any court, is entitled to write "Supreme Court Of India" in his name plate ? if you are register with any court, but NOT doing practice, still you able to use that court name in name plate ?. Off course i don't know much about these stuffs, but i surely want to know you peoples experience and law knowledge.

Dear Kumar,
I don't think you have quoted any proof in support of your statement that you have verified from the Supreme Court of India or Bar Council of India but expect us to help you to take your personal revenge from your neighbour.
If you believe that your neighbour is cheating you can well approach the Bar Council of India with your complaint. The BCI, itself is quite competent to take necessary disciplinary action against its members for any misconduct.

If he is not a member, bar council cannot take any Disciplinary action against him.
If he is a member, your complain do not stand, and U HAVE to prove you are Troubled by him!!Provided you are his client, you paid him, and there was a professional misconduct.
Is it not a Head Ache at both the end?? Either way you loose.
And if he proves, Akumar put that Marble & Light to harass me, as I m LLb!!!I never put.. Then ?? Is it impossible??
Any person, , once enrolled in any Bar Council, whether practicing or not, CAN and is entitled to write "Supreme Court Of India" or concerned High Court, in his name plate , if he enrolled there.
is it OK. must have personal grudge against your neighbor. "Better to Love thy neighbour...." They are first to help us in necessity, You should be proud, if your neighbour is SC Adv.

Dear Sir
There is some difference between an advocate practicing in a High Court and an advocate practicing before The Supreme Court.
You may check roll of advocates of the Supreme Court and find out easily that His name is there or not. If you do not find his name on roll you may initiate many actions against him. The Complaint before Bar Council of India, A civil suit to restrain him for doing so and a criminal case against him for offense of Cheating punishable under s 417 of IPC. If he charges some money from you wrongly you may file a complaint under section 420 and 419 also.
But I know some persons known by Doctor, Chairman, CM PM and so on out side mental hospital at Jaipur.
