Dear experts,
there is a inter cast marriage, and there is a high level threat to life and liberty of the couple, couple are in runway, police is in active against miscreants, concerned SP also silent and ask to mutual outside the PS, but girls family adamant to get her back and give her a 2nd marriage.
But Apex court has a verdict to protect the inter cast marriage couple.
So, where have to apply/where have to file petition and on which section and how much time it take to move and get order of protection (if think fit accordingly by the court for protection)
please advice in detail.

WAT DOES IT MEAN THAT A BILL GETS CABINET APPROVAL AS FAR AS PASSING OF A BILL IS CONCERNED.IS THERE ANY DIFFERENT PROCEDURE FOLLOWED VIS N VIS DIFFERENT BILLS.KINDLY EXPLAIN IF SAME PROCEDURE OR DIFFERENT PROCEDURE FOLLOWED.I READ DAT THERE IS 3RD READING OF BILL IN ENGLAND SO I WITH WHICH STAGE I LIKE THAT 3RD READING IN INDIAN PARLIAMENT.
Only constitutional experts jump in in this topic n rest like me pls kindly listen their points.

Respected sir i am jameer submitted an application in muncipality to get an death certificate three months ago but the officials are unable to provide me the certificate so how can i proceed using RTI

Dear Members, I am a sufferer in www.sulekhadalai.blogspot.in.
For the safety of women in this disintegrated society, videography of post-mortem is essential.
There is letter by Justice Ranganath Misra at NHRC dated August 10,1995 to Chief Ministers of States on the video filming of post-mortem examinations in cases of custodial deaths. If it is for the custodial deaths, why not for the women unnatural deaths.
So, I would request all the members to kindly suggest from the point of Indian Law, the procedure to follow to make it mandatory for the police to make video filming of the post mortem of women.

whether or not a judgment passed by hon'ble Chief Justice of high court can be nullified by supreme court if retrospective amendement is done by d legislature of d state.....the retrospective amendement was done for negativing d judgment passed by d Hon'ble court against d state...state filed d review in d high court but chief justice rejected d review though d retrospective amendement was done ...state after dat complied d judgment ...but d parties which got an adverse affect after d judment is in mood of filing d SLP in hon'ble supreme court ..the whole grounds for filing d petition is RETROSPECTIVE AMENDEMENT ......so what are the chances?

Respected Attorneys,
I am one of the sufferers of the ban imposed by Honorable Madras High Court on campus recruitment made by Public Sector Units.I have heard that final verdict on this case will come in first week of September.
Now My query is-
1 What might be the verdict in your opinion?
2 Are there any chances of postponement of verdict?
3 What legal remedy is available to a person like me who has been selected by a PSU in campus recruitment and waiting for last 5 months for joining.But not yet absorbed by the PSU.

Suppose a person migrated from place where he is OBC to place where similar caste is SC, can he claim as SC?
and in above case father and grand son born in the latter place can grandson claim as SC? if he claims whether he has to prove that residential status from 1950 as per Article 341.
Please clarify on the above

Immigration law for uk citizenship for a person born to indian family in uk
Greetings,
I`m writing this email on my father`s behalf.My father was born in Bradford U.K.on 05/August/1958.He was born to an Indian family (my grandparents).My grand father used to work in UK,while my grandmother was a house wife.
My father was brought up in the uk till the age of 5,after which my grandparents returned to their home country (India).Ever since my father has been staying in India and is currently holding an Indian Passport.My father visited uk as a tourist in the year 1999 on a uk visa.
My query is does my father has the right to become a British citizen,even though he was born to an Indian family keeping in mind that he was born in Bradford, UK.(does the clause British citizen by birth apply for him)My father married an Indian.
Will my mother and myself also be eligible for a British nationality keeping in mind we are dependent on my father.I have my father`s birth certificate as proof of him being born there.
