Dear Members, I am a sufferer in www.sulekhadalai.blogspot.in.
For the safety of women in this disintegrated society, videography of post-mortem is essential.
There is letter by Justice Ranganath Misra at NHRC dated August 10,1995 to Chief Ministers of States on the video filming of post-mortem examinations in cases of custodial deaths. If it is for the custodial deaths, why not for the women unnatural deaths.
So, I would request all the members to kindly suggest from the point of Indian Law, the procedure to follow to make it mandatory for the police to make video filming of the post mortem of women.
Thanks and waiting for kind answer for sake of society.

There is wide spread corruption in every area
and use of technology to check corruption in this area can deliver the required check and balances. Why only certain type of cases and why not all postmortems should get video graphed.
A simple policy in this regard by government can rule for it as there is no law there to say such videography invalid.

report of post-mortem is a medico technical matters which revealed the cause of death and same report should be transparent for the purpose of conviction of an accused,So video graph of post-mortem is not required in every cases.

Respected Prabhakar Sir, Thanks for giving time. How the govt will make this simple policy, because govt's sister is not murdered and ultimately govt runner's bank gets filled. So Govt and especially this govt, and so motto........ So may please suggest the action of few individuals and intellectuals for getting a notification from this govt in this regard.
And for Mr Bhadra, Not all, but many so called doctors starts their business from the day around 8 months before a child is born. I simply want to make a stop on their flourished business on our death and on our dead bodies. Please suggest the procedure to make a rule by the government in this regard.

Lobbying with some politicians and making a discussion and questioning during sessions by MLAS may be a possible way out.

The person with any link to MLA, does not need any suggestions from the intellectuals, being in our system MLAs are the super pundits who run the show of system, and which are very simple to follow.
Please provide the answer from the Court of Indian Law without any political pundits interference.
