Will SC allow written submissions and arguments for the admission of a SLP. Will such submission be needed over and above the Memo of the SLP grounds.

What privision of law that allows the written submission for admission of SLP which is in addition to the grounds mentioend in the petition.

Thanks

burdening power of governor

Governor has more wide burdening powers than President in india. Although the murder convict's plea rejected by president, the concerned state governor can entertain and commute the sentence. Members pl. clarify the same

Jurisdiction of SC in SLP

Ld counsels,

If a SLP is filed against the order in Writ Appeal by the HC what will be the power and extent of jurisdiction of SC in deciding the petition.

Will the SLP be considered as only a leave to appeal against the Order of HC requiring another seperate civil appeal petition or the SLP itself will be considered as an appeal against the Order of HC in WA and disposed of.

Kindly clarify.

turning point for judiciary

it may be a stunning and a turning moment for judicial system in india and a ruse against the constitutional rights of indian citizens.
in an appeal against order of CAT, high court accepted some documents by hand from counsel opposite, during the hearing and reserved the judgment on same day.
the documents were not supported by any affidavit and no source was indicated except lawyers index & sign.
astoundingly the judgment was solely founded over these false documents and none of the grounds raised by petitioner were taken up.
not only petitioner's but another petitioner's writ was also dismissed on same basis whose case was dismissed from CAT in limine as time barred without going into merits and no primary adjudication was ever held in CAT.
what is this?
Can we file an application for clarification of judgment?

merging of 2 unequals as equals for promotion

Respected experts
Lecturers are recruited thro'direct recruitment and by promotion in various subjects.Their nature of duty is only TEACHING.They should have post graduation to be a lecturer.they get promotion as vice principal which is a group B gazetted post. They draw a pay 6500-10500.They require 5 years residency period in their feeder post for promotion.Middle school Headmasters(HMGrII)have only promotion and not recruitment. They should have only graduation with 3 years residency period for promotion to High school headmaster post(HMGrI)The HMGr II are administrative posts.HMGrII draw pay as 6500-10500.Their promotional post is HMGrI whish is a non-gazetted post.
Now how the lecturers and HMGrII be merged together in the ratio of 2:1 for promotion to thre post of HMGrI/Viceprincipal?How these two UNEQUALS be TREATED as EQUALS ?Is it good under law to amend the RRs accordingly? Please cite orders of the courts that state that unequals can not be treated as equals for promotion in the light of the above illustration(i.e lecturers vs HMGrII)-AMI
