Sir,
I have kept fixed deposits in two companies. I did not get my money inspite of lot of follow-up. recentlyIunderstandthat one of the company has been locked and gone to the control of Official liquidator Mumbai.
I wish to get my amount from Liquidators office. Can you suggest me procedure.

A Summary Suit for balance payment towards goods supplied is filed on 7th Sept.2013.
Part Payment received on 3rd April 2010
Demand Notice received by the Defendant is 8th Sept. 2012,
Will the limitation of 3 years starts from 8th Sept. 2012 when the Demand Notice was received by the Defendant. Pl. advise

I had taken a shop on rent, twenty years ago.
The rent agreement was for a period of eleven months. I had paid pugree of Rs.1.75 lakhs to the landlord, and the rent was Rs.750 per month. The agreement was not renewed after expiry of eleven months, but I continued to occupy the shop and have been paying regularly rent and the owner has been issuing me the receipt every month. Now the owner has filed an application for vacation of the shop occupied by me on the ground personal use of I have received a notice for filing an application for appearance,
Can I oppose the plaint on the ground that there was an understanding after expiry of initial eleven months, that the tenancy was life long and can be terminated only by mutual agreement.
Please advise. Also, is there any prescribed format of application to appear and defend.

We have made sales to a party in delhi from bangalore and he has accepted the material and against which he has issued form C which shows he has received the material and now he claims that the outstanding payment is not due according to him. Sir, My query is whether a Succession Certificate u/s 372 of the Succession Act can be given in respect of contents kept in a Locker of a Bank.
Background- 'A' died without leaving a will. There is no nomination in respect of a Locker A/C with a Bank. The legal heirs want to have access to the said Locker. Can they apply to the Court for issue of Succession Certificate in respect of contents of a Locker. Respected Experts, please guide...

Dear expert,
child custody case was filed by me ,court order for,visitation right to me .during visitation I notice that my son is very much fond of her mother , seeing that I decide not to try separate them ,but I will meet my son weekly as per court order , my question is 1) is it possible to withdraw the case but visitation right order till,effective ? 2) later can I pray for modification of that order (if required ) ?
