suit property’s boundary measurements are wrongly stated in the Release deed dated 30.11.2011 and sale deed dated infavour of A dated 13.12.1958.Originally boundaries of the property is as follows;
East-west bothside 49 feet and north-south bothside 22 feet ,
but same was mistakenly states that
East –west both side 22 feet and north-south both side 49 feet. `
My doubt is following prayer is maintainable or not? civil court is have power to pass decree in following prayer? it any alternate?

my grandfather inherited ancestral property from his father after his death as per hindu succession act(shared with his brother), my grandfather has 3daughters and 1 son(my father),now my grandfather wants to transfer all those ancestral land to me as my father is an alcoholic and family is afraid that after my grand father he may sell all land and waste the money.
If transfer can't be done then is it possible for me to bar my father from selling land or mortgage it without my consent?

Hi All,
I have been fighting a case against a big Auto company for supplying me a defective vehicle. Many attempts by service center could not resolve it and all visits are recorded. Distt comm court had given order in our favour and allowed us small compensation along with change of vehicle with litigation expense due to 2 reports by experts in our favour.
Company appealed against order and State Comm court also favoured us on same lines but removed compensation.
Now company may move to National Comm.
My Query is:
1) How much strong is our case and What are the different outcomes we can expect.
2) How we can get compensation that too more than earlier allowed by distt court as we did not go into appeal in State Comm.
3)What should be our strategy to win the case.
Thanks & Regards in advance.
ram singh purchased a land vide agreement to sell dated 25.05.2005 and paid Rs. 50 lac out of 2 crore. the possession was delivered. Then Ram Singh carved a colony and requested the defendant Sham Bahadur to execute the sale deed of the land to the extent of Rs. 50 lac. But he refused. Ram Singh subsequently sold out entire land to Vijay by further agreement to sell as per the terms of agreement dated 25.05.2005. Now Vijay wants to file a civil suit against Ram Singh for specific performance. Kindly quote any law in this regard. is section 15 of Specific Relief Act Applies

Respected Experts,
A suit for partition of house was filed by one of the 3 coparceners of Hindu Joint Family. Preliminary decree was passed.
Subseqently, Final Decree Petition was filed by the plaintiff stating that the property is not capable of division (admitted fact) and hence sought for auction of the property among the coparceners.
The problem is Plaintiff is financially sound and where as the defendants i.e. two other coparceners are poor. If auction is conducted among them, plaintiff will purchase the property at a throw away price causing loss to the defendants. Defendants sought to conduction auction among the parties to the list and also by inviting public to participate in the sale so that it would fetch a higher price benefiting all the parties.
Is there any way to convince the court to conduct public auction rather than among the coparceners?
