I served an unaided pvt.engineering college for 16 years 10 months (1-12-1990 to 29-9-2007) I retired on 29-9-1997. College did not pay gratuity till a notice was sent in March,2014 thru ALC. They paid gratuity in June 2014. Now they say, they have paid 6 years gratuity more and asking me to refund when I have asked for interest on Gratuity amount.Whether teachers are eligible for gratuity only from 3/4/1997? Pl.answer.

Hi All,
please help me on the below query,
GPA was given in 2006 and the GPA executed date mentioned was 24/01/2007 in sale deed and sale deed was registered on 03/02/2007 after the death of the GPA grantor.
Death date of grantor 28/01/2007.
Is the sale deed valid in this process.
Please let me know whether the GPA executed date is considered for validation or the Sale Deed registration date.

Respected Sirs,
In Bombay City Civil Court, Summons for Judgement has been issued against Defendant in summary suit. There is a delay of more than one year in filing leave to Defend. For filing delay condonation application, is it required to issue chamber summons or can it be directly filed before the Court on the next hearing date?
Kindly advise suitable course of action.

I have purchased a flat recently (second sale, 14yr old) one month back. after purchase during renovation i found severe water seepage in my toilet walls inside and outside wall of beside main hall and bedroom sides. I have checked the root cause of the problem with the civil engineer during renovation, he said it is due to the upper flat toilet floor problem. This i have informed to the flat association and as well as the upper flat owner verbally. The upper flat owner refused to take necessary repair work of their toilet floor, inspite they are blaming their upper flat because they also facing leakage problem from their upper flat. Unless they get rectified from their upper flat they will not repair their toilet flooring they said. This response seems very childish and even flat association not able to manage them. THe problem is severe because one side of my hall wall seepage is severe and iam not able to keep any electrical pionts there, already front wooden showcase completely damaged due to this seepage. Please help me out how to handle this problem.

i am going to file a partition suit and same i am asking relief for cancellation of sale deed which is execute after the demise of gpa executant can i and if u have any citation regarding please forward to me

I need some expert clarification regarding Keeping CAVEAT in court. we had filed the caveat for twice and the opposite person on whom we file is not responding for the caveats up to now. can please give some suggestion on this matter.

In specific performance suit ..... as per agreement of sale ( property value 60 lakhs... loan borrowed Rs.3 lakhs from Private financier ) suit decreed in favour of plaintiff.... than sale deed executed through court (sub judge)..... now plaintiff filed execution petition for delivery of possession . Respondent refused to deliver the property . What is the next legal steps ???? pl Explain.... both side remedies......!!!

Loan recovery harrassment
dear sir/madam,
I had taken personal loan from HDfc in 2010 based on my job in a pvt company.i paid more than 50% of loan but unfortunately my company shutdown it's business due to no project and i loosed my job from then i was unable to pay emi.In the yr 2012 i faced a serious health problems and i came to know that iam suffering with brain tumour,now iam in paralised pasition & fighting for earning daily bread to my family.In recent days one of the bank official is calling me & harrasing me.iam unable to argue with him.he is not listening my version.pls help me in this situation,i cant repay the outstanding amount as my position is very bad.pls suggest how i can get out this tension.i have all my medical reports also.
