Sir, my Grand father (Mother's father) owns an agricultural land of around 7 acres. He has 5 sons,3 daughters. I am the daughter of youngest daughter of my grand father. all the sons and 1 daughter stay in Malaysia. My mother used to look after the land for the past 10 yrs on behalf of my grand father. He passed away some 9 yrs back. 1 year back, my uncle's wife (Uncle passed away) collided with one of the daughter's son, who is a lawyer and both of them sold the land to a politician. Even though we have filed a case against the buyers, the case is not doing well. My uncle's wife's address is not available. She escaped after selling. This Lawyer cleverly managed not to have his name in any document sold.I want justice for us and the culprits My uncle's wife, lawyer,revenue officials have to be punished. How to proceed?? Please guide

kindly suggest me what to do, if one of my friends cheated me on helping In Government job , he told me he have some source and circle who conducting govern job activity in different sectors if you need this then you have to pay some amount against this .
so for this i given 30 thousand rupees , but after that nothing was happen and now they deny to refund my money and not picking my call as well .
i know the person detail and where he is living with family and where he working.
i also have proof of audio recording and cheque detail , cash deposit slip and more.
kindly suggest me should i log FIR to my nearest police station or what to do????

sir we have given power to a finance guy for our house document worth 80 lakhs, to get 3 lakhs from him . we have registered the power, after an year we found that he is tryin to cheat , when we put EC and saw he has put an sale deed using the power.after that we have cancelled the power of attorney.
now he has filed a case in the court, how to protect our property.The finance guy has put an sale agreement for 25 Lacs and has stated that he has received Rs 50,000 as advance and the sale has to be done within a year.what are the chances for us to defend and win the case? For 3 Lacs we cant afford to lose our hard earned savings ! is there way to secure it? The finance guy has our original document.Please help

Is it necessary that monetary compensation claimed for a given complaint filed in Consumer Court has to be less than or equal to what was asked for in the legal notice served prior to approaching Consumer Court? OR claim can be higher based on reasoning that filing the case involved additional effort, which could have been avoided, had legal notice been addressed satisfactorily before-hand.

I have query related to Consumer Courts.
While filing case, if a few landmark judgements are quoted therein, in support of the complaint; is it necessary to attach complete judgements or summary of judgements along with said complaint OR judge(s) and opposite parties are supposed to unearth them from net or AIR kind of volumes, for their own reference?

Hello,
I'm a self-employed person and deals in content writing services.I also hire freelance writers to serve my needs.
Last week, I posted a job on a business group ( content writers related) on Facebook asking for writers if anyone would be interested to serve my requirement. There were few applications and as a process we ask everyone to write a free content writing sample and if looks good, we will hire their service. This is more of an interview process to evaluate if the person is up to our needs. We hired multiple writers through different sources in this way and going well.
However, there was one person who provided a free content writing sample by copying and pasting from internet and claimed he has written it thoroughly. There is a software named "Copyscape" where anyone can check the copyright things. After submitting there, we found 65% content he claimed written as has been copied and pasted from internet.
We informed him that we can't proceed further and after knowing that he started abusing over email telling cheat, fraud, will inform Police, ruin my career, will play a silent game and more. Also, threatened every social network and forums he will expose us. Even asked to pay 2K.
We replied back to him stating not to get into this as everything is tracked in the email itself regarding our conversation and as a precautionary measure we posted on FB groups stating our experience.
He then started bullying more and sent an so called legal notice ( which I assume is fake) from an unknown gmail ID with no names of the legal authority issued and asked to pay 20 Lakhs INR as defamation. Please note that he has stated everywhere my name as well.
Moreover, there is another person with the same name of mine who also got bullied by the same person. He thought we both are same and started claiming busted scam, will throw out and we both are one person with two different fake account which is absolutely not. That person also plan to file Cyber Complaint against this person.
My question is what shall I do as a next step? Shall I take this seriously or what action points shall I consider? Please advise.

Dear Friends, I m tenant in house. I sent the rent to my land lord for the month of Feb 15 by MO but they refused. I came to understand through people my building has been sold to someone else, hence they refused . by so fat they have not informe about this matter that it has been sold. they knowingly doi8ng this act to get it vacate. pl advise me.
