Respected Sir,
Every year STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC) conduct combined graduate level exam for various post (2 level exam). I applied for the same for the year CGL 2014 but as per official result my score was 94.5 and general category cut off was 96.5 so i cannot able to qualify for the same but with the help of RTI i got my answer sheet and i got 103.25 marks. The whole matter was shown to concern person of SSC but they did not accept there mistake where as gave me roll number for tier 2 exam after the exam was started. As tier 2 exam need sufficient time other candidate got 37 days for the tier 2 exam. I want to give tier 2 exam.
Now they are not responding any of my legal notice or any thing. I do not have money to file case against SSC. please sir help me. what should i do. Do i have any positive point in my case?

A gift deed given by the father to his elder son only. Father have 2 son and 2 daughters. Can the father cancel the gift deed?. Is there any provision to cancel the gift deed?.

My bike is met with an accident when I was coming from the office. The accident was minor bike speed was10-15 km a five six year girl was running on road and collapse with bike. now the case on FIR is over on the basis of mediation. An order is also passed earlier for superdari of 40,000/-. Now the A.O. Is not filling the DAR So I tried to release the bike on superdari but he refused to take the FD AND superdari nama. He is asking me to pay rs.10,000/- but my parents has already paid him rs 10,000/- because he threatened them to arrest to me. Now please suggest me what should I do to release the bike.

My grand uncle has filed a case in High Court against a City Civil order in April 2014. It is being heard by Hon'ble Judge KK Tated. Of late while the matter is listed under case status with next date of hearing it is not included in the cause list for the given date. Experts pl. advice what should be done as my grand uncle is in late seventies and highly worried. Thanks for your kind and considered opinions.

Tenants of two buildings on adjustant plots have filed consent terms in high court in June 2013 wherein landlords are required to complete the redevelopment by December 2016 within max. 30 months inclusive of 6 months grace period. Land lords have also registered the agreements with individual tenant with sub registrar with proposed building plan which is not approved by MCGM. But so far the construction work has not commenced nor tenants have been provided the certified copy of plan approved by MCGM. Landlord have criminal mindset and foul play can not be ruled out to deprive the tenants of their agreed premises in redeveloped buildings.
Experts kindly advice the course of action in such an eventuality for protecting the rights of tenants. Thanks in advance for your thoughtful opinions as most tenants are senior citizens/retirees.

there is no mention of hospital name in my birth certificate.
only place name is mentioned.
It is written in birth certificate----
place of birth- Nagerbazar,Dumdum
but there is no mention of any hospital.
will it be any problem?
is hospital name has to be mentioned?

dear sir/madam
my first motion is been done in court 6months back.
second is pending and i don't want to give to divorce ,my lawyer told me that u can extend the period of second motion till 18 months. my wife is adamant and she wants divorce. i was been called in caw cell and my wife has given written application that i am not cooperating for second motion and she want legal action to be taken.
i am a little worried as i/o told me that the we are sending the file to dcp and it will be the last thing after that FIR will be launched.
how can i avoid FIR and want to kill some time ,have to go to dcp's office next week.
50% of decided amount is paid on first motion and the rest is pending.
i will divorce her but honestly speaking i want to save rest of money

Order of remand in appeal

During trial a particular private company was directed to produce the employment records of an employee. The company only confirmed the employment did not give complete details of the employment claiming that the employee's file has gone missing.
Basing mainly on the partial information provided by this company the trial court decided the matter.
During appeal can a prayer be made to remand the matter to trial court u/0 41 r 23 of CPC if the company's records were found and the complete employment details were found?
Does O 41 R 23 apply in this case or is it case of additional evidence under O41R27? Pls note this company was already directed by trial court to provide complete details but the details were not produced in full.
