Dear Sir,
Please advise the following:
If I submit additional (new) evidence in Supreme Court (SLP) Second Appeal-civil land partition suit, will Court take its account (maintain) or forward to lower court’s point?.
Thank you Sir,

Now my fried while buying the vehicle had made one agreement with first owner was that he will pay the EMI, and he will have all the right on vehicle to do whatever he (My friend) can do.
My friend i worried based on the agreement legally does he held guilty. and to overcome this problem need your suggestion.

I am having a pending sp performence suit from 2003 The agreement GPA is dated oct 1985 in which full sale consideration is paid and possession taken and The sale deed could not be executed due to ban on registration revenue sites up to 1991 and after wards the owner ship of the suit schedule property was in dispute between some false claimants and and the seller in which I was also made as a defendant by a suit filed by those claimants which has been contested by me also This suit was dismissed in 2002 and the sellers refused to execute sale deed
During 1990 the seller had expired and his elder son was looking after the properties The seller had wife two sons and four daughters who were married at the time of his death
In the year 2001 During the pendency of the above suit filed by above false claimants of suit property the Wife and two sons of seller fraudulently sold the suit property to another buyer noticed only during 2004
Now the suit is filed making the sellers wife and two sons as defendants along with subsequent buyers Now I request the elite legal community to enlighten mewheather to bring all the four daughters also on record as defendants or not and possible consequeness

Dear Sir!
I lost one of my unsigned cheque and in fact the same was stolen by one of our acquaintance and the same was presented with forged signatures in the bank by him which eventually got dishonoured with the reason 'signature differs.' I got to know about the same when I got a legal notice from the said person. I however replied stating the fact that I had lost that cheque and the cheque did not bear my signaturee at all. The expert also verified that the signature nowhere resembled with that of mine. The expert report is also lying with the court as an evidence But the case is still pending.
Please suggest me the future course of action.
