Respected sir/madam,
I request humbly you to clarify my doubt.
My mother has filed IP on 2015. She had a property on power on 2009. I had bought the property from her in 2010 by paying her money which is also registered in sub-registrar office. Now I sold that property.
One of the opposite party has got an empty document paper which was signed by Mother when the property was in my mother's name in power in 2009.But that empty document was not registered anywhere.
Now can the opposite party file against IP case in my Mother's name. Will it affect the buyer who got my property?
Kindly advise me.

I am residing In a colony at Jaipur.land of the colony is aquired by govt. And high court given The stay order for construction with out the regularization by authorities.my front side neighbour is doing the third floor construction.i filled the complaint to the govt.authorities what else legal action can I take

Sir this is arawint from Chennai.am staying in a apartment which is ground floor .am getting leakage from the ceiling .i already informed upper flat.but they are solving it.what I do at this situation.

In a Civil Suit filed in the lower court, the respondents have been declared ex-parte and the plaintiff at the time of giving ex-parte evidence took the oath and filed affidavit. The judge too ordered the date for delivering the ex-parte judgment. At this stage, the respondent entered and submitted an I.A. seeking to set aside the ex-parte order.
I request the learned lawyers to clarify the following doubts.
Is it not the duty of the office of the court to verify the stage of the suit whether it is still pending or date of judgement ordered etc. before numbering the I.A. petition ?
Can the admission of the I.A. be entertained once the date of judgment is pronounced ?

Kindly Please Provide me the Information Regarding Court matter civil suit type that I(HARISH DHINGRA, RESPONDENT NO.3) have won the case in tishazari court, delhi regarding grant of successsion certificate under section 372, "WILL" probated and I want to know what is the maximum time for objector who lost this case to file an appeal further regarding this matter and also Kindly please tell me I won the case and but i am still not in possession for property shop no-19, new market, west patel nagar, new delhi. kindly please tell me what shoulld i do further please guide me.

Dear Experts
In a civil suit, one of the Defendant filed an IA under O 7 R11 for rejection of the plaint. I am the plaintiff in person, i filed counter, argued, heard both sides and
REOPENED SUOMOTO FOR ARGUMENTS BY NEW JUDGE, DURING THAT TIME I FILED A FRESH APPLICATION (WITH SR NUMBER) PRAYING FOR INTERIM INJUNCTION AGAINST DEFENDANTS AS THEY ALIENATED ONE OF THE PPTY WHILE CASE WAS PENDING. BUT THIS APPLICATION WAS NOT NUMBERED AND JUDGE KEPT IT PENDING WITHOUT REMARKS NEITHER RETURN.
AFTER THREE MONTHS, last week orders were pronounced in IA that "in result this IA under O7 R11 is allowed and hence plaint is rejected". (As regards my pending application to be numbered there is nothing in the order neither in the docket, i.e file is not closed neither returned to me subsequent to passing order under O7 R11)
I am planning to go to high court for appeal remedy.Now, my queries are as follows:
1. Should i file a review petition (CRP) against the order passed on the said I.A by lower court.
2. Should i file a Appeal Suit (A.S) against the 'decision of rejection of plaint" passed by lower court
3. Or should i file BOTH CRP & A.S parallel on the same day.
4. As regards, the pending applications (@ SR stage for more than 3 months). (In spite of my verbal reminder to the bench clerk on this, they are not closing this application) and neither mentioning it in the said order and simply keeping it in bundle.My query is What is that the learned judge /court is suppose to do as per law /practice /procedure? before dispatching it to record section.

Whether ancestral property i.e., agricultural can be transferred by a Karta of HUF in favour of one of his daughters without the knowledge of other legal heirs.
Whether a mere entry into the revenue records without a registered deed of transfer/gift amounts to transfer?

former secretary who has been ousted by govt./administrator has filed civil case (petitioner is society through its secretray) in sessions court claiming that both administator and members are illegal -despite members holding share certs and he continues to be secretary etc. He has also filed another in high court. Now administrator has in the normal course conducted elections and new office bearers hav taken over. can society through new secretary withdraw the case in civil court since former secy has filed on behalf of society.

Property dispute by inlaws
my husband expires on 6th march due to swine flu,he is the only son his father also expired before my marriage.after funeral which not done my mother in law & family.all hospital expense is bear by my father because my mother in law is old & dont have income source after death of my husband she denies to accept me.our marriage was only 2 yrs old & dnt have any baby.she live with her sister & brother of his father in law.
His father in law is retired from police & had gud terms with local police.he dont want to give back my all jewelry & swift dezire car etc which my father gave at the time of wedding.
So we lodged fIR in dp act3,4 & 498a mediation is start.
NOW MY MOTHER IN LAW HAS A ONLY PROPERTY ON HER NAME WHICH IS SHE TRYING TO SELL WITH THE HELP OF HIS FATHER IN LAW SO SHE SAY THAT SHE DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO GIVE ME FOR MY FUTURE.
MY HUSBAND IS ALSO ADOPTED BY MY MOTHER IN LAW FROM HIS REAL BROTHER.
SHE SAY THAT GO TO HER REAL BROTHER FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT,SHE HAS ALL MY JEWELRY & THINGS WHICH MY PARENT GAVE.
CAN I FILE A CASE FOR STAY FOR HER PROPERTY WHICH SHE TRYING TO SELL
