I want to modify the spelling in my name. Kindly suggest the process to do?. How i will substantiate it as a proof of ID etc. Also, please let me know whether my family will face any problem in future in claiming property rights in future?.

Dear Friends ,
By virtue of Andhra Pradesh state Inam Abolition Act 1955 (Telangana Area), can a Central Government Organisation becomes owner of an Agricultural Land; who has taken this particular land on LEASE from the Inamdar?
The Central Government Organisation says they are the owners, because they are in the position of the land on 1-11-1973 ( the vesting date, as per the above Act.).This situation is faced by family. It is not Immaginary question, Plese some experts, having knowlege of INAM Lands requsted to kindly guide me.

1. While filing affidavit of evidence any new evidence not mentioned in original complaint can be added since it is relevant and gives appropriate answer to written statement filed by opponent.
2. In affidavit of evidence we should quote relevant sections of the act or we should include full text of the relevant provision of the act.
3. How to put forward audio recordings such as details with day, time and person making conversation and how to give copies to court and opposite party.

Dear experts please answer my query
A person executed conditional sale deed of his residing house for 7 years and didn't pay back the money within this tenure . After this 7 years , 18 more years passed now and he is still residing in the same house . For some reason , buyer didn't convert conditional sale deed into absolute .
Can buyer convert this now into sale deed or sell the property to other person by using the conditional sale deed without holding any discussion with seller and court ? . Is there any expiration for this conversion ? .

I, K. Srinivas S/o. Venkatesh after completion of Training from (NAC) National Academy of Constitution in land records survey total 31 candidates got appointed vide Proc. No. A3/1019/2007 and attached with regular sureyors for appranticeship (period 13-11-2007 to 16-02-2009). The Asst. Director Survey, Adilabad issued removal proceeding No. A3/1019/2007 and this the same proceeding of appointment issued by Jt. Collector used as removal proceeding by Asst. direcotr Surveyo Adilabad.
While removing all 31 candidates after completion of apprenticeship period, has issued orders of appointment to retired surveyors (15) and 1 KP surveyors (12) total 27 candidates got appointed and also informed not to utilize services of NAC surveyors from 16-02-2009.
Please advise what step to be taken for re-appointment of NAC surveyors who got removed after completing apprenticeship for (31) candidates whether apper at Tribunal court or High court, Hyderabad or any other suggesion from your esteem FAQ.

we have textile unit do jobwork.One party wind up their business without pay our 14 lakh rupees.we claim in civil court in 2006. court called our one of the partner in this case in 2016.
we ask to yourself that the final decision came in our favour and party make his hands over and reply that he has no money/property what we have to do in case case ?? pl. answer...

According to the new MEA RULE . Passport can be issued on the basis of Pan card voter id card adhaar card and affidavit of no criminal case . Id there any need of date of birth certificate after the rules applied and when its going to applied

i am contesting party in person at Out of state my earlier lawyers also not file my documents by saying that we file it at the time of evidence
now since last three dates i am try to file list of documents and evidence affidavit but Honble court insist to compromise and its also mention that no compromise so last chance for defendant evidence while also told me to file petition to receive documents for why file in delay... however in my WS i have reference of the same documents and wants to file with evidence because other side will file counter if petition file by me and which may be accepted or not is question and Prolong the matter also
