Both brother purchase a pice of land by self earning and amicably partitioned between them and one brother sell the land of another person and his another brother identify his brother time of selling but some years later identify brother file a suit against percher under section 4(1) of partition act.

Hi,
I purchased a place 0.18 acres on 11-SEP-2011, Which is already had a Permanent sale deed agreement to some other person XYZ on 26-JAN-1998.
The Person XYZ had sent notice to the original property owner on 09-SEP-2011 asking for Legal Registration. The person XYZ also filed a Petition

Petitioner: Who is holding Permanent Sale Agreement

My Doubt: I was attending to the court for each hearing date. How come i am an ex Parte?
My Query: Can i win this case with my Original Legal Registration Documents with some other Lawyer?

There is animal dairy just before in my house and owner dumps all dirty wastes (gobar, rakh etc.) openly before my house. I have complained ( 13th April 2016) in written before District magistrate and requested to take action as per crpc section 133( b) .DM asked nagar palika to inspect the site & give report.Nagar palika has submitted report (dated on 28th April ) saying that matter is disputed and party (myself) wants removal of animal dairy from this residential area and party also given reference of direction of Allahabad high court(dated on 10th May 2016) in this regard that" it is GO of utter pradesh that animal dairy should be conducted in outside of city and residential area then why no abiding of rules by the administration of uttar pradesh".2 month has been passed but no any action in this regard. What should I do in this matter further on administration level or should I take legal help at judiciary level.What are options before me please suggest. I will be highly grateful to your legal help.

1.What is the Court Fee appplicable in filing cases in Commercial Courts at District Place.
2.Whether Bank's Recovery Cases are eligible under the provisions of Act. Particularly where the mortgages are involed.

Sir this is niranjan who is residing in tumkur Karnataka.I am running a partition suit on behalf my wife in tumkur.
Case details:
My wife is a major and her father died in 2008 when she was minor.my wife father Owens 6 acres of land which are undivided joint family property and land records stands still it's in the name of her father. My wife having another yelder sister and she is also married to an another person and they are living with my wife mother in my father home and enjoying the property and it's finandian means which are good yielding plantation situated in 6acres of said property.now my wife elder sister husband is looking over the property and he is refusing and the driving force on behalf of my elder sister not to make an partition of the said
Property now he is saying that he is married under manvalthana basis and protesting not to give property to my wife at the end I want to know is that my wife will have any legitimate share over her fathers ancestral property and can she get means profit until the declaration if case pls assist me to know the actual facts please do in need full
