I had given Ist floor of my house on rent On Nov, 2016 against simple rent deed of 11 months (notarised rent deed but not registered). now i want to vacate my house from tenant. but he is not ready for this.
What remedy in my hand to vacat the house. can i take legal action against him. please advise

Matter posted for marking and cross of defendant as evidence affidavit of DW1 allowed. but due to advocate strike at Telangana even defendant present for marking of docs court extend date due to adv strike.
whether request Or wait till strike end.
how take further steps pls guide for urgency in matter. .

Some people have come forward with a photocopy of an unregistered will (may not be real) said to have been written by my grandmother some 30 years ago. They have now approached the court with a suit for permanent injunction on my inherited and joint family property. Is a suit for injunction maintainable on only a photocopy??

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Prashant.I have applied for tatkal passport and the same also received.
Now the post-police verification is under process.I get a phone call from nearest police station for verification of the same.Basically i belongs from Bihar state and living at Kadi,Gujarat.But i have only Agreement copy and bank account as resident proof since last 2.5 Yrs. But police personal asking for Election card /Adhar card for local residence proof. During the passport i have submitted "Verification certificate" and all relevant documents.There is no issue for getting passport.But here during police verification's these are issues are coming.Kindly suggest what i do.

1. If there is any admission already in pleadings, is it necessary to confirm that in cross-exam?
2. If statements in cross are contradictory to pleadings, is it necessary to further cross/confront with this contradiction or can we use any of the two to our advantage without confronting/further cross?
Please provide views and judgements to support. Thanks

Dear sir,
I had purchased the plot from the land owner in the year 2011. After purchasing the plot I had started the construction on the said plot from 2013. My plot ex owner has the plot adjoining to my plot. Since from the beginning of construction he started harresing me and demanded more money from me. Since I had done all the paper work properly ( like registered sale deed, 7/12 fer far in my name, etc) I never bothered of him. Final in 2015 he has filled a civil suit on me stating that I had encroach hi land. And demanded the stay on my on going construction from court. But court has rejected his request for stay. And now the case is pending. But this person has not stop harresing me. After getting failed from court he again started harresing me. This time he placed the notice board on my property stating that no should buy the property in this project Bcz he has filed the case on me on civil court . After that he had placed the banner all over in my llocality stating the same matter. After that he had painted the same matter on my building. The result of this was my all the booking has been cancelled. I had to refund all the money to the investor. Now I am totally lost.pls suggest me how should I take action against him.

Can a partition suit be filed, to do it as per Valuation On a same Holding number of " 2 Kathha" structured Property.??? If yes , then By which Act. & under which Section ??
