My grandmother make a will in year 2013. my uncle who is removed from property of My grandmother by making this will he is now put court commision of property. Our lawyer submit will copy and answer against my uncle suit. Does my granmother will now invaild ? Can she transfer property or make another will in her presence if property is court commisoning? No court order received after court commisiong. Can my grandmother make another will?

Dear Sir,
I have one important aspect and need your advice on urgent basis. I have entered into agreement with a seller for buying of land on behalf of my clients. I had set a margin in the land and was selling the land to my client at higher price the same was in knowledge of the client as well as we mutually agreed for the same margin.
The seller with whom I entered into agreement showed me copy of registry to be done of the same land for whom I entered into agreement with him. He was supposed to get the registry done in my name after getting the registry done in his name. After three months I came to know that the seller had already committed the same to other people as well and was fooling them around.
He had paid full amount to the 1st party from whom he has purchased the land. When I contacted the first party then I came to know that he is not interested in getting the registry done in his name and is fooling many people with the same technique.
My question is that I have suffered loss from this agreement, I have logged FIR against him but the police is doing nothing to arrest him.
Can I file a separate case against him for recovery of the loss and also the mount I had paid him at the time of agreement with interest.
Now my client is not interested in buying that land and i have suffered huge loss. Please advice if i can file a separate suit to claim he loss from this person along with the agreement amount with interest.

Who can file Insolvency i.e whether an Individual can file insolveny petiton , if yes what is the procedure , cost and time involved . Experts please advise

Hi we reside at Ahmedabad my father expired 4 months back without will, we have property in Delhi now I want that to get mutated in my as well as in my mother name. Property is leasehold. Should I take legal heir certificate oriental succession certificate. What would be cost.

Sir,
My civil suit decree was dismissed on 10 March 2017 by ADJ court and review petition dismissed on 21 April 2017.
Now my first Appeal ( FAO) before High Court is maintainable on which order 10 march 2017 or 21 April 2017?
Do I need to challenge Both orders in FAO?
And my Limitation for filing FAO starts from 10 March 2017 or from April 2017?

What will be the jurisdiction when native of missing person is differ from the missing person actually goes missed, specially in the case of FIR not lodged in police station.

we were the pt holders of land situated in adilabad dist telangana state.
our land lord illigally deleted our pt without any settlement 30 yeras back..
the issue came in to our notice 2 years back. we want our right back...
our lald lord had managed the mro and rdo 30 yeras back and passed a fake proceeding against our pt ..
hence we have taken the legal memo from mro saying that the proceeding was fake ..
there is no such procweeding in dr register ....
