Reg an ongoing civil case (partition matter) in district court Gurugram, i wanted to get a certified copy of WS filed by my advocate.
They were asking Rs. 1000.00 to get the copy from court.
Could you please help me know the procedure to get the same as I came to know there is a nominal fee for same.

Can money recovery be made in two suits, one summary (for cheque bounce) other normal.
I had invested over 30 l in a company, they wrote a cheque for 10l but it bounced. Cheque bounce case has been initiated but the person absconding for over 2 years. Court warrant is issued at every hearing for over 2 years now.
Can I pay the total court fees for 30l & break the suits in two parts to recover my money?

Hi ive property in hyderabad telangana my house is near the main road its about 50feet from the main road. The 60feet lane going to my house is in my sale deed and map document. It's my private property. My neighbors have commercial shops on the main road and have installed a door on both sides of my lane about 25 years back. My elders allowed it as neighborly courtesy. Now of recent they claim my 60 feet lane as common property belonging to every one. They want to keep their bikes and vehicles in the lane which we have not allowed as it blocks my vehicles from going out or in from my house. My question is how do I get those doors on both sides to be closed? How can they claim my property as common property belonging to everyone?. What is the legal options for me?
I have a jewel loan pass book where in I have pledged jewel loan and redeemed it.
( only cash transaction paid fully with interst I have) and closed
But I don't know whether i have received jewel .

We have 12 flats in the complex we stay in. Since we are just 12 flat owners, the society is unregistered. Currently the maintenance work is managed by one of the flat owner who is said to be the secretary of the complex. Most of the flat owners are not happy with the work managed by him and we wish to change the secretary of our complex. The current secretary is not ready to leave his post and threatens all other flat owners.
How can we take action against him and also how can we change the secretary of the complex? For unregistered societies, how do we appoint? Will it be on the basis of majority number of votes? Please provide your valuable legal assistance.
Respected Learned Experts,I had engaged an Advocate for a tenancy dispute before the lower court (Addl. District Munsiff Court). I had paid him 50% of the fee already. Now my advocate license was suspended by the bar council due to some allegations against my advocate, for which I am not the reason. For the past 1 year I was appearing and seeking adjournment as per the advise of my advocate. Now, the Judge has refused to give further adjournment and directed to conduct the case from the next hearing. My advocate neither returns the papers nor giving NOC and demanding full fees to do so. When I approach the other advocates, they are asking to get NOC and the case papers from my advocate. Whether I can appear as Party In Person before the District Munsiff? If so, please clarify whether I have to file Memo or Miscellaneous Petition seeking for permission to appear as party in person? Please also share any draft petition in the matter, if possible. Construction deficiency by builder
Sir,
I have purchased a site at Retirement township for senior person and entered in construction and Service agreement with builder and advance amount paid.
During construction builder intensionaly or by mistake constructed the foundation in centre of site and no sufficient space for car park.
2 when I noticed and objects then he agreed the mistake and agree to provide space for car park at nearby vacant site.
3.Now construction is completed and occupied by me since my urgency.
4. I not paid fully Almont to builder since he had nor provide the space for car park and NDC.
5 Since I occupy the house he had changed the monthly service charges and I m paying.
6. Now he has not yet provided the car park space and he assured he will provide orally. I asked an agreement but not yet prepared.
7.Now already 9 months is passed as per construction agreement.
8. I had issued notice my self Rs 9L as compensation for construction deficiency and he has not replied.
9 what is the best solution whether legal notice to be served
10. Builder doesn't have approval copy for Senior citizen township and gated community township. But RERA approved site
