A testmantry petition for obtaining probate with a will annexed od deceased father was filed in Bombay High Court by a son. Respondent sisters filed the Caveat and hence the petition was converted into suit. Suit is pending. In the mean time one sister died. My query is whether I should apply for Chamber order or chamber summons to bring legal heirs of sister on record AND what is the limitation period for both Applications.
Hello Experts,
I have a query regarding Legal Heirs/Succession.
I got a case as my wife died in 2016 and during her lifetime we were blessed with a daughter. And also my wife had left behind a notarized property and some money in her bank & PF accounts.
Now the question is how to claim the money as the bank had asked for family member certificate. Do i have to file a Suit for Declaration as Legal Heirs or Suit of Succession Certificate. And as far as i know i have make my daughter as a party to the suit as well. And what is the difference between Legal Heir Certificate, Succession Certificate & Family member Certificate. And if i get a Legal heir Certificate from the court will it be valid to claim Money and Property.
Plz advise.

My father was serving in The Directorate Of Census Operations Arunachal Pradesh, Shillong-3 from 1980 when he passed away on 15th April 2009 with a total service period of more than 26 years leaving behind me who attained 18 years as on 1st jan 2009 and my mother who is a cancer patitent since 1997 at the Tata Memorial Centre Mumbai . Accordingly a request for my compassionate appointment was made but however it was rejected by the RGI also the meagre amount of ffamily pension received by us i.e. @6115 plus dearness relief is not enough to survive in this modern day of crisis also my mother's periodical checkup requires huge cost which is difficult to meet. Subsequent request were again on 2010 a further request was made on 2011 to the then Home Minister Mr Sushil Kumar Shinde however the reason for termination of my appointement is still unknown. Can someone guide me what should be my next step? thank you!

DEAR Experts
I filed a case for specific performance of a contract in 2010 in the honorable Court of senior civil JUDGE (sub court)and the same is decreed by the honorable Court in my favour directing to me pay the balance CONSIDERATION and get the registration of the plot failing which get registration through court as per the procedure.
When I got decree in favour of me immediately I filed a caveat petition in the district court and the same is intimated to the defendants.
In the mean while the defendants preferred an appeal in the high court and I received notices from the high court.
My doubt is to all the experts with out appeal in the district court how the defendant can file an APPEAL before the high court.
Kindly advice on this for which the act of kindness I shall be greatful to.
I alsi filed an EP in the sub court for the process of executing registration and costs and the same is pending for disposal
Thanq experts in advance.

Sir, I have been charged by Airtel for an amount of 2.25 Lakhs for one day mobile data on international roaming. I had very well informed the Airtel customer care before leaving the country about my travel and to bar my roaming data services. It is shown in their system also. But now since 15 days I am explaining to them but they are not doing anything about it. It is insane for any learned individual to use an amount like this on an international roaming.
Please advise me what can I do in a legal way.

Sir,
In a document registered in Tamil Nadu (not sure about other states) 2 witnesses sign on the document and 2 witnesses sign at the registrar's office
1. Do the 2 witnesses who sign on the document have to be privy to the contents of the document or are they just present to identify the executants?

A big Jewellery shop has branch at another city. This branch was fully under the control of a Manager. The owners visits once in a while to check accounts only. The manager received 50 sovereigns of gold coins in April 2016 to be returned it in April 2017 with 12% annul interest for increasing business. Manager gave a white slip mentioning that he received it for his stock, gold coins weight, equivalent rupees, interest and sighed and below that written as 'for and coins are to be returned after a year. The manager has conducted his elder daughter marriage in Feb 2017 only. After asking the manager to return the amount, the manager absconded in may 2017 and new manager was posted. On contacting the new manager and then owner of the Jewelry shop, they told that this item is not in their stock. Meanwhile, the old manager has given IP Notice. Is it possible to demand the gold coins from the Jewellery shop as Owner servant relationship or to cancel the IP and give police complaint. Is it possible to claim that the old manager has used the above gold for his elder daughter marriage and involve them is this case. Is it possible to refer this to Economic offense wing
