A SERVICE MATTER CASE RELATED TO SCALES, PENDING SINCE 1993 WAS DECIDED IN 2014 ON RULINGS IN ORDINANCE PASSED IN 2013. SHOULD THIS CASE BE NOT DECIDED ON THE RULINGS PREVAILING IN 1993 WITH RESPECT TO SCALES AND SIMILAR CASES AT THAT TIME?

My first joining was as a punjab govt teacher 26-11-2001 under pay scale 10300-34800 with grade pay Rs 5000. In July 2012 I joined food supply department punjab under pay scale 10300-34800 with grade pay Rs 4200 through proper channel. While I was in teaching profession my annual increment is in the month of December.
I want to know
What should be the month of increment in food supply I.e. In July or in December. Second after pay fixation what should the grade pay whether rs. 5000 or rs.4200. Third I want to know on which date my seniority has to be counted.

Sir, If We Didn't get the Reply of RTI within 30days, thenbit is necessary to make 1st Appeal or we can Directly Appeal to the State Information Comission??

MY NAME WAS WRONGLY MENTIONED IN THE SOCIETY SHARE CERTIFICATE. THOUGH IN AGREEMENT FOR SALE MY NAME IS RIGHTLY MENTIONED. EVEN IN THE SOCIETY RECORDS MY NAME IS WRONGLY MENTIONED IN THE REGISTER OF SOCIETY. NOW WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE DONE TO ENTER CORRECT NAME IN THE SHARE CERTIFICATE.

GM Respected Sir's,
1. We (multiple purchasers ) had purchased land in the form of plots vide registered sale deeds from our Vendor Mr B Ravindra in the years 1988-1993.
2. Subsequently the same Vendor Mr B. Ravindra re sold the land as open land to other vendors in the years 1996 and after.
What is our best remedy to get these documents cancelled as these other buyers are constantly harassing the first purchasers by placing objections in the municipal office etc when one tries too btain permissions etc.
Also if we file a suit for cancellation does this put the title of the first purchasers into question

sir Is There any judgement related that During 2 years of Probabation Period, govt employee Should be paid Full Pay. currently state Govt. is just giving Basic Pay i.e. 10300

one lady have 6000 sq.f land. she made a will to share the total property to her 6 sons, after her death the 5th son get 1000 sq.f land property of his share. he is Hindu religion. then after one week he died. wife (christian) and one minor daughter, aged 2 years as his legal heirs. wife want to sell her husband's 1000 sq.f share property. whats the sections and act to file the suit? whats the reason i mentioned to pray the court?
